Tyrone was amazing, he helped me with my first ever mattress purchase. I thought I wanted a medium comfort mattress but with the use of a high-tech super bed I was able to have my weight distribution measured and just around the corner - the perfect mattress tailored to my every curve and bump.

I went in to Bensons For Beds with a pre-determined budget in mind and managed to leave with the perfect mattress £50 lower. Saving money which I think i’ll put towards a new pillow.

Tyrone was a personable member of staff, he listened to my unique situation and offered a solution which suited my financial needs. Throughout my shopping experience I felt relaxed and taken care of. Here’s to you Tyrone, and to a long and happy night’s sleep.

Attentive, knowledgeable, helpful, Tyrone made it a good shopping experience and had to deal with a potential negative customer interaction, he calmly explained Health & Safety regulations, insurance issues to a woman with an ordinary scooter, expecting unrestricted access to the store.

Jaz at Bensons Staples Corner was extremely helpful, patient, knowledgeable and friendly. He really tailored his suggestions based on our needs and guided us to make the right decision for our budget and requirements. We're now loving our new mattress and divan base/headboard set and were just so pleased with the service we received. Thank you Jaz!

The customer service was great. The member of staff knew the products being sold inside out and helped us significantly to choose the correct beds and mattresses to meet our needs.

We walked into the store with no knowledge of beds and mattresses and learnt a lot. Also when testing out the mattresses we really liked the ones recommended to us.

Went to the Brent branch to choose a new mattress, the lovely smiley face marketing / seller received us with lovely welcoming face.
He took us through the types of mattresses, asked us to lay down on different mattresses to check and the initial was attached to an electronic device to check the body pressure points while sleeping on the mattress …then he suggested to have a high quality one and he knows that he are going to have this new mattress to replace our 7 years old mattress and he asked about the bed size and of course each bed size had its own standard number of slats and type of support , our bed was from Betta living well known furniture company which provided our high quality bed with the most suitable features. The bensons sell man never asked us about the type of our bed base or our bed slats number and he was showing himself as expert to choose the suitable mattress we followed his advice and paid £1288.99 for the mattress he suggested.
We received the mattress on time as they promised but in less than 4 weeks from using the mattress, the two sides of the mattress started to be more flattened and collapsed to a level we can feel the underlying material and quite obvious high middle zone with two collapsed sides. I have contacted the customer service and after few contact , email , enquiry form , live chatting with the company website help chat team , they started to ask technical questions and asked to get photos ……etc then finally they assigned a tech to attend and inspect the mattress in order to report what we noticed about the 5 weeks old mattress , imagine 5 weeks only , NOT 5 years !!, the tech said that he obviously noticed how it is invalid and he mentioned that the sell man must asks about the type of the bed you have in order to check if the mattress he suggested is technically compatible with the bed specifications or not but that is the bad part when they sold us the mattress without alerting us or asking us about the type of bed base wile have although our bed specification is the standardised one and well known among these big furniture companies while suggesting any type of mattress.
Anyway , the shocking email which I received from the mattress bensons company is that they cannot take my claim any further and I have to assign another tech to assess and I have to buy / add more slats to improve while our bed base slats number is the manufacturing standardised number of slats and designed for this type of beds which has been supplied by high quality well known Betta living furniture company that time.
Grossly, the bensons company left us losing the £1288.99 we paid for low quality mattress promising 5 years guarantee ….bla bla bla
So my advice to anyone wants to buy a mattress is to not approach this company as they sell you the dream , unrealistic/ low quality material with very low customer aftercare service.

Great Service by Sanjay in the Staples Corner store. He was super helpful and patient with our recent purchase of a bed and mattress in the NW2 store. Our original choice wasn't available in the time frame we needed it by, however he was quick to identify a great alternative and gave me and my partner great advice in finding our ideal mattress. Highly recommend! His customer service was great!

It was great to see all the beds and try the mattresses. We had great service from Anil. Now we’re looking forward to having the bed delivered.

We went to Benson for Beds at Staples Corner. The purchase experience at the store was fine, our sales representative was able to get us a good deal, which convinced us to go ahead with a pretty expensive order of one of their high end mattresses. The nightmare started from delivery.

The purchase was made in September and first delivery was made in October, but the super king size mattress could not fit through the staircase. So we had to reorder a “zip and link” option. The store refuses to offer us the same term on the original purchase, so we ended up having to pay a few hundred pounds more. They also refuses to let us refund and purchase elsewhere. I am yet to see a merchant that is so aggressive with their return and refund policy. They did not explain why they could not offer us the same deal but simply held us hostage and refused to let us refund.

The new order was supposed to be delivered 3 weeks later, which got pushed back by another 3 weeks even when I had eventually agreed to pay the extra few hundred pounds.

Today when the order was finally supposed to be delivered, it was delivered to the wrong address. Apparently last time when the order was updated, the customer service staff who charged my credit card put in the wrong address. Now my delivery date is in December.

I called both the dispatch center and the customer service, nobody could give me a solution for a mistake the company has made. Customer service simply took some information and said they’ll get back, but no one got back.

I will stay away from the company at all cost. They are extremely aggressive in charging you the money, then they will treat you like crap as soon as they’ve got the money.
