"The customer is always wrong"
Quality of the product is fine. The rating is due to their pushy sales personnel and poor customer service.
We had a rather pushy sales person who did not provide us with all the necessary details including lack of refund option and cost of exchange on their "sleep guarantee". When we faced a problem due to height tolerances between trying in store and at home the customer service personnel did not care and had no sympathy to even listening to our problem. The whole experience made us think they are just after getting as much money out of you as possible, with little ability to provide a good customer experience. Their default seems to be "the customer is always wrong".

I went to the showroom and the sales man there was very helpful and did thier best to help me decide what mattress was best for me as I only wanted a natural one. Purchasing was simple and I only waited 3 weeks for my mattress to be delivered, had wonderful sleep since.

Salesman was friendly & helpful
Salesman was friendly & helpful, advised me which mattress to try, based on my requirements .Worked out a finance deal for me. The delivery men were friendly & helpful, took away my old mattress(£50fee) they wrapped it, green plastic. It was discreet which was nice as it was a very old mattress.
