Gary was thorough, answered all our questions and was a big help.

The staff said hi and gave us smiles when we entered the store but we weren't jumped on as soon as we walked in the door and nobody followed us around. A welcome relief as I cannot stand being stalked as soon as I go into a shop. We were left alone to try lots of different mattresses and narrow them down, in our own time, without being interrupted or rushed. While we were deciding we had a giggle with the staff who didn't try to hard sell us anything, they just respected we preferred to do it on our own. When they saw we'd been looking at a particular mattress that was on sale (due to the store being due an upgrade), we were told that unfortunately that particular mattress was sold, however there was another one in a store in the next town that was the same price and if we wanted it we could sort it all out here rather than having to go there. This meant we wouldn't miss out on the deal and didn't have to go out of our way to sort it out. We decided to buy that mattress and we had a really fun time getting it all arranged and we came away feeling happy, relaxed and grateful for the excellent customer service we'd had whilst in store. Thanks to Gary and Julia for making the whole process brilliant and easy, we'll definitely be recommending Bensons Worcester store (with a shout-out to Redditch for the mattress!)

The minute we walked into the store in Worcester an advisor came over and asked if we needed any help. He listened to what we wanted and then pointed out several options. Took the time to explain the differences and talked us through next steps

Went back and forth to the Worcester store several times to try various mattresses and decide on headboard colours. All staff helpful in particular Cherie who suggested the zip and link option as we were unsure if the super kingsize mattress we chose would fit. Didn’t realise this was even available until she mentioned it. Highly recommend their great customer service.

Staff very helpful but expensive delivery charge No options to just have delivered to door for cheaper delivery charge. Other furniture companies offer this option.

From start to finish , buying the bed was fabulous & lady in shop went through all the details … delivery was excellent, the guys were very courteous & respectful of my property… excellent service all round !

Excellent service in our local Benson's store to find the bed we wanted. Advice on payment options . Delivery very smooth. Had bed put together for us on delivery. All packaging removed. A great bed at a good price.

Great service. The sales assistant took great care to ensure that all I need for Matt before recommending several beds for us to try. As this was a bed for my children, she treated them really well without being patronising. Really great service and would recommend.

We were given time and personal attention by Gary (Worcester store) with just the right amount of information and help in choosing a new bed. Gary was, by his own admission, relatively new to the company but he was nevertheless very knowledgeable and assured. He allowed us time on our own to choose but was available to offer advice when needed.

Neil was really great with providing us with information regarding the mattress and pillows, we tried quite a few out, very happy with the customer service we received! Very friendly and great sense of humour! Thanks again for making us have a lovely day. One very happy customer :)
