I am beyond furious with this damn service I've received from Berlinnova. I would give this 0 stars if I could. I ordered my dress on February 16th and my prom starts on April 20th. My dress is still labeled as "prepared" and has not shipped out yet as I type this review. Not only that, they blatantly ignore emails and they also have the audacity to completely disregard their own shipping and processing policies but they are so quick to respond when it comes to refunding and cancellation. I know my dress will not arrive on time, so I requested a FULL refund but they refuse to give me a full refund because I have to cancel my order within 24 hours to get a full refund, which is ABSOLUTELY infuriating. It's like they take pleasure in causing their customers endless frustration and disappointment.
They are so damn quick to snatch that money but when it comes to their shipping and processing policy, they do not live up to their policy. It's a blatant money grab, and it's downright despicable. They are all bots replying to you.. they repetitively say the same things.
This level of unprofessionalism and incompetence is unparalleled. Save yourself the headache and the hassle. Don't waste your time or money on this joke of a company. There are plenty of other businesses out there that know how to treat their customers with respect and dignity. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this disaster waiting to happen.

Another zero star review. Ordered 3 weeks ago, money immediately taken out. Order WBBLNUSSL2725 still says “confirmed” with no new information. Impossible to contact a person. I have requested to cancel sale and be issued a refund. Prom is soon and we’re out money and time. I have a heartbroken kid and I feel like a fool.

Should have read reviews, I too will be reporting this as Fraud to my Credit card, as I don't believe our dress is ever coming. ordered a month ago, and they can't provide any update, and say that since I didn't cancel after 3 days, they can only refund shipping, which is a joke. Ordered on Feb 13th - no response to emails, and their on line "chat " with Rogine just says no update from production team.
Their phone number online also doesn't prove to be legit.

I know people who ordered their dress 2 days before and AFTER me and they have both received their dresses. biggest scam…
honestly the worst online shopping experience i’ve ever had. ordered a dress over a month ago and still haven’t gotten it. payed well over 200$ for it also. this is the biggest scam honestly and now i have less than a month to find another dress. i’ve emailed them everyday for the last 2 weeks and have not gotten an answer from anyone. i did not receive a order confirmation nor a tracking number or anything. i only received a payment receipt from cashapp. terrible experience. if i could give it 0 stars i would.

No email receipt at all
I have until next Tuesday to receive this dress. I did not receive an email receipt from the company at all. I only have my PayPal email receipt. I have been reaching out but at first I was finding it hard to even know who to reach out to. I finally found a way of communicating and haven’t heard from this company. I placed my order on 2/12. I had a bad feeling and finally went looking for reviews. I feel so stupid thinking this was a legit company. Just want a response to know if I should find a dress elsewhere. And would gladly still take the dress if it were late.

Do not order from these people. Not only did they scam you into paying more for "expedited" shipping, but the provide a tracking number that is also a scam. DON'T DO IT. I ordered my dress Feb 6- today the tracking shows they delivered the item, but they didn't.

I ordered my daughters dress for prom it took a month to get it.. Also had it special ordered with certain measurements paid extra $ and it came way too big. Needless to say I will Never order from here again. Be careful, if u do a special size order u can’t get a refund or return. I took exact measurements 3x to make sure they were right.. I wish I could give zero stars. This company is a SCAM. Says returns are possible within 7 days, but you need their authorization to return... and of course, they DO NOT respond to your request for return authorization. Email is only option as phone just rings and rings. Plus, check out the fine print of the return policy.. returns ONLY if the item was damaged or wrong.. if it doesn't fit (and they sent the size you ordered) they won't return it.. if it's COMPLETELY different than the picture shown on the website (WHICH IT WAS!), then you are out of luck. I filed a report BBB, they need to be forbidden from doing business in the U.S. This is a Chinese company that is set up to scam. BEWARE!!!!

If I could give Negative stars I would. It was a complete scam for me. I ordered a dress for my daughter a month before prom. Never received it. I kept getting emails “rest assured your dress will be there on time” never recieved tracking.. Thank God I purchased through PayPal. They tried to tell I couldn’t refund because the dress was being custom made. We ordered an in stock dress. When I opened a claim with PayPal they emailed me immediately and refunded me. RUN! You’ll never get a dress, or you won’t get the dress you ordered. Thank god for Windsor. We got a dress in time for prom!

Terrible Customer Service and Experience
We ordered my daughter's dress and paid for expedited shipping. The dress did not arrive ontime and was 5 days later than expected; so, no dress received. It does not look like the dress pictured but has an odd beaded design and is definitely sized bigger.
We emailed customer service three times with no response. We Facebook messaged them with no response so now we are just disputing the whole charge on my credit card. Do Not Buy from this company. You may or may not see the dress you ordered and it may or may not be as what is pictured.

We definitely took a risk after reading reviews. We ordered WAY ahead of time and shipping was actually very fast as we purchased in stock item. The problem was the dress they sent "Resembles" the dress they advertise online. The color and cut are similar but the sequin/beading is completely different. We chose this dress for the beading detail as it was geometric and modern. So basically a bait and switch. 7 days post receipt and not one response to my daily emails requesting return. Note to self: if it seems to good to be true....it probably is.

Website implied 6-10 days shipping. But they don't mention there is a "7-12 day processing time" because they "have to process your order and put all your items through our strict quality control tests". HA! We got a similar but different dress, and It came about 2 weeks AFTER homecoming. We still liked it, hoped to wear it later. But we didn't realize it is WAAAY too big until after the 7 day return policy. They were real quick with THAT respose! Run far, run fast to anywhere else!

This company is a scam
This company is a scam. There is no way to get in touch with them to return or for damaged dresses. The dress I ordered for my daughter took 3 weeks to get to us and the zipper was broken and it was unusable. I tried contacting the company via email with no response. There is no phone number listed. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

NEVER!!!This company completely sucks…
NEVER!!!This company completely sucks and will do the least amount possible to help you with anything except taking your money. I have been trying to contact them for a refund for almost 2 months now with zero effort given to respond. It seems to me this company is out to scam as many people as possible by providing a product, that they could care less whether you are happy with what you paid for or not. NEVER waste your time or money with them.
