Just completed the purchase of a used approved Mini Countryman for my wife at Berry Mini Croydon
Felt I needed to recognise the fantastic service from a few of the colleagues there namely Kayleigh,Clarence and Tommy all of them were amazing friendly and helpful from start to finish from my initial enquiry through to the sale and then the set up of the vehicle with my wife (who was thrilled with her suprise!).All three of these colleagues are a credit to Berry Croydon and I would have no hesitation in recommending this branch to any potential customers

I registered my interest in a vehicle this company had advertised for sale. We briefly discussed price as I was 140 miles away from their location. I made it clear I was a serious buyer and they offered to provide a 'personalised video'. I agreed to wait for their video and if acceptable we would agree a price, reserve the vehicle and travel down to complete the purchase. Numerous phone calls and 2.5 days later, still no video! I was given excuses such as they had IT issues and the salesperson was off on day 2 but at no point did anyone offer to provide a new video! More phone calls later I finally contacted the original sales person and they said they had not received any messages asking for a return call. Finally nearly 3 days later the video arrived. I then spent 4+ hours trying to contact the salesperson to reserve the vehicle planning to travel down the following day to potentially complete the purchase. Eventually, 30 minutes before the dealership closed for the day a different salesperson advised me they were taking over the enquiry! They then simply told me the vehicle was now sold!!! Despite knowing I was interested for 3 days they made no attempt to invite me to reserve the vehicle as someone was interested but more frustratingly actively ignored me!!! This has been the WORST, failed, car buying experience I have had in 35 years!!

I had an excellent experience last week at Berry Croydon. I needed to replace my previous mini convertible and Kira Cook made sure that my new car met my wish list. In fact she exceeded expectations by offering me a high spec car which was only a few months old. Kira was able to turn the sale around quickly so that I had the car the next day. I’m very happy with the car and grateful to Kira, she was so friendly and made sure that I bought the car I really wanted. The team were attentive and friendly in the showroom.

Massive thank you again to the team at Berry Croydon MINI. Tommy was very professional and helpful throughout the process on purchasing our new mini. Thank you Tommy a million times over and also a special thanks to Kaylie and the whole team too. You are all amazing.

I bought my first ever Mini from Berry Croydon Mini 18 months ago and had an exceptional experience thanks to Frankie and her team.

They recently got in touch with me again, and as much as I loved my current Mini, I wanted the new one but thought it wouldn’t be possible. Thanks to Frankie, Patryk, Tommy and Temitayo they made it happen and in under a week I have took delivery of my brand new Mini with the exact spec I wanted.

Frankie, Patryk, Tommy & Temitayo are all an absolute credit to the Berry Group. No pushy sales, they listen and understand what the customer wants, have great communication, and provide a seamless process from start to finish.

I rarely write reviews, I am writing this review because I honestly couldn’t recommend Frankie and her team at Berry Croydon Mini enough and for aslong as I am driving Mini’s this is where I will be coming, the 5* service is worth the 300 mile round trip!!!

We had the best experience buying a new car.Every member of staff were friendly, attentive and made us feel valued customers.We would highly recommend this dealership.

I bought my car a week ago from
Mini Croydon after enquiring about it online. Adil was incredibly helpful from the start and contacted me soon after I submitted my inquiry. He made my journey incredibly easy and smooth! Would definitely recommend!

I have been without a car for 51 hours. Have had to pay out for 4 uber rides. Mini Croydon have tried to rip me off £120 for diagnostics when the car is under warranty. I have had to re-program all the display buttons 1-6 my radio stations and my phone. Nothing has been fixed it has just been 're-programmed'(the cheap option).
