Poor quality flooring, rips like paper. Customer service states this acceptable for flooring. Avoid unless you like torn vinyl flooring.

Ordered flooring and it came 2 days later. It was about 40% less than the local flooring shop down the road and I fitted it myself. Bathroom looks great and the flooring is really good quality. Love it! Better than the bog standard plain flooring love the mosaic style.

Very disappointed with both the quality of the vinyl flooring and the way my complaint was handled.

The flooring marks, dents and creases incredibly easily under normal household furniture. I understand different materials have different characteristics, but as a customer I should not need specialist knowledge about foam-backed vinyl to avoid buying a product that performs this poorly in a normal home environment.

All I know as a customer is the difference between good quality flooring and poor quality flooring, and unfortunately this feels like poor quality flooring. Furniture leaving visible indentations and creases so easily is not what I would expect from a product sold for everyday domestic use.

What made the experience worse was the response from customer service. Instead of showing understanding or trying to help, I received a long explanation basically saying this is “normal” and therefore not their problem. The complaint was dismissed entirely with no real attempt to resolve the issue.

I regret buying this flooring and would advise others to be cautious before purchasing, especially if you expect a durable surface suitable for normal household furniture.

Had the exact product I was looking for in stock to match existing, at a great price. Delivery was quick. Overall very happy. Would definitely recommend.

The lady over the phone was so helpful and so efficient. She amended my first order giving a refund within 3 days. The second time I changed the colour, but same pattern. Just in time, before the flooring had been dispatched.
She was incredibly helpful. I found this company to be most professional.

Excellent service

Dreadful experience, the flooring was very nice and good value for money, but the problem is the courier service DX express that is used.
They lied about attempted delivery when we were at home all day. They promise they are due to deliver your item and then don't show up, I had to stay at home for 4 days waiting for delivery eventually turned up a week after initial estimated delivery date.
Off putting experience would rather pay a little more and shop locally in future to avoid stress and being lied to.
If company use DX delivery AVOID

After the moduleo cleaner I ordered was leaking on delivery the second attempt to deliver went well.

Nothing wrong with the flooring it’s the delivery company that lets it down received a day late even though I was assured it would be delivered on the day I asked for.

Delivery great, no problem even with road being closed. Excellent quality of product, well packaged.

The whole thing was easy, from ordering the flooring, being kept informed of the progress of the order and even having the option to give a preferred delivery date. Everything went smoothly and the delivery arrived on the date requested.

We bought two rolls for two different bathrooms but had them delivered to the same address. Unfortunately, the first issue was that despite being told that both had been delivered in fact one had in fact been delivered. We then had to wait a few more days for the second roll to turn up. When we came to have the second roll laid, we discovered that this company had cut it 25 cm short to what we had ordered. So despite the communication and the product being good, I really cannot recommend this company as how can they get something so fundamental wrong as cutting the piece to the wrong length. Fairly incompetent.
