The 1500mm rad is good looking. However, I am disappointed and surprised that I had to buy a longer power cable as the one supplied was not long enough. The main pictures on the website do not show the power cable.

Radiator itself is easy to attach to the wall and it is working well. Knocked a star off as I cannot access the app for programming due to the gadget they supplied needing a usb port on the router for it to work and I don’t have one on mine. I tried sending a Facebook message but no reply. You can program it using the small digital display on the radiator but I bought it specifically for the convenience of the app. Update: after the phone call from customer service I have successfully installed the app and after a bit of figuring it out I can now access the program and instant boost function.

The radiator arrived on time and looks very nice in my hallway.

It is easy to operate and the area is now warm and the condensation has stopped. Very nice unit and quite low consumption too.

The radiator looks great but I only had problems since I bought . First there was a loud noise, I had problems with the switch and the on and off button (controle panel) is broken. What made me write this review was that I was advised to use the socket switch to switch it on and of. For a £450 radiator there shouldn’t be issues with a radiator that was used only for 2/3 months.

The radiators are modern, slim and get up to temperature quickly. Best of all they are very simple to use and set up. The biggest problem I had fitting them was getting the grub screws in the back but a magnetic screwdriver solved that.

The radiator arrived in good condition, was well packaged and around 24 hours after making the order.
The radiator is very quick and gets the room to the correct temp in hardly any time even though the room is at the larger end of the volume stated.
Performance and build quality is excellent and we would buy again.

Radiator is great, works very well and look smart. The only bad thing is the cable connection is from under the radiator and once hung on the wall you can see it.(would have been best cable to get connected from behind not to be visible.

After talking with one of the best electric radiator representatives, we discuss the, size of the room, the use of the room.
From the conversation I ordered the radiator I needed online.

It is light and easy to handle. It has a template for fixing the brackets to the wall.
I fitted it myself using the raw plugs and screws provided. Hooked the radiator on, secured it using the screws provided, plugged it in and job done.
It works brilliantly. The timer is easy to use and setting the temperature is simple.
