This site is the absolute worst !
This site is the absolute worst !! The app is awful consistent lagging or freezing have tried deleting and downloading makes no difference. Their odds are woeful always a few points higher than other exchanges and forget about liquidity in anything other than high profile stuff. Not to mention their customer service dept dont get back to you with complaints AVOID !

I had a problem withdrawing funds…
I had a problem withdrawing funds because I hadn't used my account in a long time, so I went to Live Chat. I didn't have to wait long or deal with an AI before talking to a real human, which was very impressive. Vicky from the help desk was extremely efficient and patient, and she quickly solved my problem. This is what real customer service looks like. I am more than happy to leave a review here for anyone considering using their service.

slow to load
The 100 days commission free is great, but the liquidity is low except for highly popular markets (1X2 for premier league etc.). The main problem is the app and website always face connection issues and take ages to load
