UPDATE ….After an investigation by the relevant team the bet was honoured and has been paid , this took around 48 hrs . Won't let me withdraw my money
Won't let me withdraw my money. They said email new debit card photo to them so they can delete my old cards in account .i did this and deposited with new card like they said and they haven't deleted old cards as promised multiple times so they worn let me withdraw, 48 hours after saying they would. Self-excluded somehow...
Moved house and changed my address. Next thing I know I'm suspended. Contacts customer services who tell me I "self-excluded" for six months. Nope, I did not. Contacted six months later to be told the account and data were deleted at my request?
All I would say is, don't leave any winnings there!

Would give 0 stars if I could
Would give 0 stars if I could, but have to give 1 star by default. Vicky on the live chat line was more interested in closing off the live chat as they had a lot of other queries to deal with, rather than addressing my query. I spent over half an hour trying to get sense out of her, but all she could do was say that they don't monitor or deal with individual customers queries as they are an exchange. What are they there for then if they don't deal with individual customer questions? Totally obnoxious and I'm left in limbo. AVOID THESE COWBOYS AS THEY WILL ONLY LEAVE YOU HANGING!
