My granddaughter and I have been loving going to Swim for All sessions recently. The changing rooms are spotless and make preparation so much easier with changing tables in the family kiosks

Impossible to book anything
Impossible to book anything. And when you finally manage to book a court after checking the app for days they cancel on you last minute. Such a joke.

Please be assured that we only cancel activities if the sports hall is out of order or if an instructor is unable to commit to the session. Additionally, we acknowledge the importance of informing our customers about the reason for their booking cancellation and, if applicable, the credit they are entitled to receive. We apologise if this was not the case in your situation.
We will investigate this matter further and take appropriate steps to ensure that our communication channels are improved, and such incidents do not occur in the future. We value your feedback and thank you for bringing this to our attention.

We are delighted to have taken over the operation of the Mole Valley leisure centres in December. We are aware that some of these facilities are in need of a refurbishment and these will happen in the upcoming months, however this will take time.
