I've suffered with egzema for all of my…never say never
I've suffered with egzema for all of my 10 yrs swimming was to painful for me .
Now I'm raring to go looking forward to every minute

Take the plunge!
I was extremely anxious about joining the gym but my instructor, Amanda has been amazing!
She is very supportive and explains everything well. She has made me feel welcome and more relaxed about attending. I also feel she has listened to me and has assessed my needs well. I have also joined one of her circuit classes which suits my needs perfectly! My future aim is to build my confidence to get into the swimming pool!

Nice staff always helpful,
Great sauna and steam room ,that's what I come for really.
Oh yes cafe makes a lovely cuppa too.
