I am very disappointed with my experience so far. My membership includes a free introductory session with a trainer, but these sessions are only offered in the mornings when I am at work, making it impossible for me to use this benefit. Additionally, I noticed there is no air conditioning in the gym—only open doors. This means it gets way too hot in the summer and freezing cold in the winter. Overall, the facilities and scheduling options really need improvement.

Hi Aiste,
Thank you for your review!
We're sorry to hear how disappointing it is when you're unable to access a membership benefit due to our scheduling.
We have the option of a Full or Basic Induction, and slots are available all week.
We're also happy to discuss this further with you at reception if you're struggling to make the times.
We also understand that you've raised concerns about the gym environment and temperature.
We're more than happy to share this with the wider team for further review.
Thank you again for your feedback!

Legs, Bums and Tums
I tried Michelle’s Legs, Bums and Tums class in the morning and absolutely loved it — she’s amazing! I’d really love to see more evening classes like this, especially strength-focused classes for women. For those of us working during the day, there aren’t many great options after 7pm, so having more evening sessions would make such a difference!

Hi Amna,
Thank you for your review!
We're thrilled that the swim teachers are always super friendly, kind and helpful, and that you feel they're doing a brilliant job.
We’re deeply saddened to hear about your experience with the cleanliness and maintenance of some of our facilities, particularly our poolside showers, changing village cubicles and our hairdryers.
We're more than happy to share this with our wider team for further review.
We apologise for any inconvenience and frustration this has caused.
Thank you again for bringing this to our attention!
Warm Regards,
Kaisha
Dreadful!!
Dreadful!!! Staff at the centre have no idea what they are doing. Even if a trainer cancels with notice they can't find cover, Customer Service is convoluted and slow. Also trying to cancel the subscription is designed in a way to make you pay an extra month. With so many branches they should be at the top of their game. Poor, poor, poor.

Hi Shirley
Thank you for your email.
We work hard to ensure that all our classes are fully staffed and available; however, sometimes this is not always possible.
In the event of any changes, we aim to contact customers via email with enough time before their session starts, and we apologise if this has not always been consistent.
We understand that last-minute cancellations can be frustrating, and we want you to know that we do our best to prevent these situations, but sometimes they are unavoidable.
The cancellation process is also 20 days, and details of this can be found on the website, in our terms and conditions or through the App.
I hope this helps, and if you need further assistance, please let us know.
Kind Regards
Amir
