I only gave 3 stars because as
The Booking System is awful
After being recommended to attend Basic Pilates classes I joined Better as a member but I am finding that I cannot get onto these classes as they are fully booked
The instructors and classes that I have managed to book have been very good.

Booked a spin class for 23/9
Booked a spin class for 23/9 . No instructor . A member went to reception to ask where instructor was . Reception team apologised but said there wasn’t anyone to take the class and did not no why the instructor hadn’t turned up. Not acceptable 🤷♂️

Very helpful staff on reception desk…
Very helpful staff on reception desk when went in to enquire about joining up for swimming. Also when visited the first time helpful with giving directions on how to use app on phone.
Only suggestion I can give to improve experience is when swimming lessons are being given the parents are directed to a specific seating area, as men and women are stood around the dressing area waiting for children to finish, not very private.

I needed to get back into exercise…
I needed to get back into exercise after recovering from surgery. I was introduced by a friend and I have really enjoyed what I have done so far. It’s a very friendly atmosphere and a nice Space in the cafe to sit and catch up with friends.

A Brilliant Leisure Centre
I am delighted with Better. I use the Tadworth Leisure Centre which is so well equipped and staffed. Everyone is charming and very helpful and there such a wide variety of activities available.
The clientele are lovely too. I forgot my expensive water bottle in the gym and didn’t remember for over an hour later and found it on one of the pieces of gym equipment exactly where I had left it. Nobody had touched it. Brilliant! 🤩
I have been to other gyms in the past and I’m not sure I would say the same about them.
Thoroughly recommended.
