Lovely team members at our local centre. Our kids love the swimming lessons at Eltham. I cannot fault anything on this side. The changing rooms for swimming are in a really sorry state though - cold... Toon meer

Very unhelpful
Very unhelpful. Stressful staff that didn’t want to help . That much so I was going to cancel contract . Still don’t even know how to book anything.

Ryan, one of the duty managers
Whenever I have an issue at the centre, Ryan, one of the duty managers, often assists. He’s friendly and polite and available even though he’s busy on his rounds. He deals with incidents promptly and fairly. Ryan greets the regulars on sight and nods to them as he passes. This gives me a sense of community and belonging.

This is one of the best gyms people so friendly staff very helpful Adjoas classes
And any instructors are amazing spa very lovely managers really looking after facilities and we have lovely coffe on the ground floor it really lovely gym ❤️

Great value gym
I think this centre is great value for money. I attend a class nearly everyday at various times and variety as lots to choose from. Popular classes like dance fitness and boxing with certain instructors you need to book in advance which is standard at any good gym. Instructors are friendly and very motivating making it enjoyable. Would definitely recommend it.

3. Would have given 5/5 if more classes available at Eltham Centre. Classes get booked quickly & well attended. Opportunity to offer more of the popular classes - including at tge weekends.

I have been using the facilities less than a week.
I have been using the facilities less than a week. I would like to go over a few things which hopefully will help to improve the place.
What I liked are:
1:Cleanliness in the gym.
2:It is not very crowded.
3: There is no issue finding an empty locker.
What I didn't like about are:
1: The toilets I personally used both up stairs for gents changing room and down stairs for the pool it wasn't clean. In fact the toilets up stairs for gents was awful each time I used, the first toilet on the left made me nauseated, the second one wasn't clean and unfortunately there were a broken brush which I couldn't use it at all.
2: I used Jacuzzi only one time, it was nowhere near to what I experienced somewhere else, it wasn't hot enough and also it did not pumped the water properly, I was disappointed.
3: To use the locker for swimming pool we must put a 20p which will not be return, we already paying for the membership and this is not what we should expect and pay.

We are very disappointed to hear that the toilets are not in a fit state when you attend the centre and the Jaccuzzi pump does not function very well. I will pass all these issues for the immediate attention of the centre manager so he can investigate and resolve these issues in a timely matter. I apologise that the lockers are chargeable but these will remain in place for the imminent future.

The gym has every machine with a nice view of the pool and you dont have to wait long for the machines. The staff are also friendly and helpful
