(Updated)Pretty frames, careful of the material, one frame broke
Update: Nick from customer support contacted me straight away and offered a replacement. The care has been great and even though I have no need for a replacement (I already glued the broken frame together) I was offered a refund. (Mind you, I bought the frames in April and was not able to hang them until June, and still received help..)
I really appreciate the amazing customer support and the kindness I’ve been treated with, so I’m modifying my review and score. Cheers to Nick, you’re great!

Expensive, we got two composite frames and theyre flimsy, held with staplers and one of them broke just by looking at it (we had to glue them back).
We got another frame, made of wood, that one is ok.
The frames are pretty and they came well packaged, but we are quite disappointed that one broke. If buying, I suggest not buying composite.

Not delivered
Due to be delivered for the last three days, still no sign. Perhaps delivery fault is with courier but waiting 3 weeks for delivery at this stage.

Shipment way too long.
Product was good quality. Shipping using GLS took over 12 days on a 2-6 day shipment. Response from service team was extremely slow, and usually only after the shipment had changed status. The company must know they have issues with their couriers as others have pointed out but chose to stick with them. I would be very reluctant to buy again from this company.

Changing my review from 1 star (coz delivery was delayed -- took 17 days even though site claims 4-5 days) to 4 because the product is fantastic. Was packed well and reached in perfect condition. The look and feel is good and it feels very sturdy. Looks absolutely stunning on my wall, so giving four stars. Would have given 5 if delivery expectations were set correctly (they did refund the shipping cost, but it's about not meeting expectations).

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. Item received 3 weeks after initially ordered despite 5 days advertised.
Customer service is just as bad. Prompt response from AI/Chat bot, but left waiting weeks to hear from a human regards the issue.

Beautiful frame
This is the second time I purchased a frame. The quality is amazing and exceeds my expectations. Shipping is terribly slow my frame, although packed very well arrived with minor damage that I attribute to sitting around in a transporters warehouse for a couple of weeks.

The frame itself is nice, but everything else was poor
The frame itself is nice, but it took over a month to arrive. I would give them some grace because it was over the Xmas period. But when I tried to contact their customer service, it was an unhelpful AI. I asked to speak to a real person and it took 12 days for them to respond.
