I have been with Bigfish since 2008 and I have always enjoyed that my subscription paid for a game a month or could be saved as a future credit. Sometimes I might not want a game and would just save them until the holidays when they would have sales. They switched over to a point system lately and I haven't looked at the site until this month. I tried to buy a game and using my "credits" they still wanted more money. I came on Trust pilot to see if I was the only person having this problem and I see now that I am not. This site used to be great. I feel $7 for a standard game is a good enough price that I stayed but now, absolutely not!

Do not buy games from this company because they are scammers. I bought a ton of Big Fish Games on my iPad. After a couple of months, the games are not accessible anymore because they are not updated for the newer iPadOS. Apple Support cannot reimburse me for these games since more than 60 days have passed. Big Fish Games, who is literally the DEVELOPER of these apps, doesn’t want to reimburse me either. They say they can’t do anything since I purchased from the App Store, while it’s literally the developer who decides whether games will be updated or not. I haven’t even been able to play most of these games. I could’ve just thrown my money in the trash. Would’ve been the same thing.

I specifically created an account just to voice my opinion of the site restructure. Briefly, it sucks. It was great before. I will never understand why people change/update things that work fine and make it so, so awful. I won't go into specifics, since I see many people have already done that. I would be thrilled if they reverted back to the format that was USER friendly and made sense!!! I now play only the games I have purchased, and will never purchase another. FIRE THE DESIGNERS!

Ich war über 10 Jahre Kunde...Bigfish wurde immer schlechter in der Auswahl der Spiele, es kamen kaum noch brauchbare Spiele nach. Ich habe vor einiger Zeit meine Mitgliedschaft gekündigt, jetzt kann ich nicht einmal mehr meine ehemaligen gekauften Spiele herunterladen, weil ständig eine Fehlermeldung kommt. Eine absolute Frechheit!!!

Seit Tagen wird jedes Spielprofil beim Neustart zerstört.Völlig! Auch wenn man die Daten von App Roaming sichert. Auch wenn man das Spiel fast durchgespielt hat-alles weg! Hintergrund: Big Fish hat anscheinend diese Zerstörungskampagne laufen, damit man mit dem neuen Update der App alle Spielstände im Netz sichert. Was man also von Gamern hält, zeigt die Aktion. Wichtig sind Kundendaten. Nicht Gaming oder Gamer. Ich hatte die Spielstände schon mal im Netz gesichert. Sobald man dann kein Netz hat,wird ebenfalls jeder Fortschritt gelöscht! Eine sehr "nachhaltige" Lösung, daß man sinnfrei den ganzen Tag das Netz am Laufen hat. Übrigens betrifft das Problem sowohl alte wie neue Games.

Worst casino games ever. Odds of winning are way too low. Better slots out there that actually pay on wins.

Leider vor dümmlicher Arroganz strotzend. Dem Trend folgend gibt es keinen Support. Und deutsch Kunden gibt es offenbar auch nicht mehr.

It failed the minute it went back to America. UK customers cannot access new games. They must have lost thousands of supporters. The points system is ridiculous. It used to be a favourite site for me. Not any longer.

I've been a Big Fish Game subscriber since 2009 and the product and service was excellent until 2020 or thereabouts when (coinciding with Covid) the site became unstable. Things got worse and it quickly deteriorated to the point where the company should have gone under but, they persevered and limped along for a great number of months.

The trouble generally came under my radar in the summer of 2022 when I couldn't get into my account with any consistency. Then, within a couple more months, I wouldn't be able to get past my log in data.

I have several pages of screenshots and texts between myself and BFG that illustrate the exhaustive measures I went to to finally resolve the problem, and it all came down to Tech Support's general lack of education.

If I were creating this report before the resolution, I would award one star. But as it turns out, when my complaint finally got kicked upstairs, the problem was resolved immediately.

My parting shot to the Tech Support Supervisor was to better educate the front line staff.

Es reicht jetzt wirklich. Jahrzehnte Spiele heruntergeladen. Man findet nichts mehr. Es war heute wirklich das letzte Mal. Wie kann man Kunden so verärgern und sich selbst das Geschäft so kaputt machen?!

kann mich allen vorherigen Kommentaren nur anschließen. Der Trick mit den Spielen ist, es einmal zu installieren - wieder zu deinstallieren und dann neu zu installieren, dann ist es aktiviert...
aber unübersichtlich bleibt es und warum gekaufte Versionen nicht als solche auftauchen, erschließt sich mir nicht...

been with bigfish for over 15 years now new company as taken over games to expensive points system rubbish and customer service is none existent have cancelled my member ship.

This used to be a lovely place to buy games. However recently they changed their system to a points system. Basically, if you subscribed you were entitled to one game a month paid for from your subscription. Now it seems the points system will only;y entitle you to half the price of a game, which incident tally they have put up in price as well. I've cancelled my subscription I have points on their system which I doubt I would want to use unless something special came out because it will cost me more money too.

A little digging tells me it's owned by an Australian company with connections to the USA, China & Russia. Makes you wonder doesn't it?

Kann mich den negativen Bewertungen nur anschliessen. War eine langjährige Nutzerin und begeisterte Spielerin auf Big Fish und treue Zahlerin. Jetzt ist mein Guthaben irgendwo, kann niemanden erreichen. Ist extrem enttäuschend!!!

I have hundreds of games from Big Fish Games going all the way back to April 04, 2012.

The first game that I purchased was "Otherworld: Spring of Shadows Collectors Edition"; the second was "Mystery Case Files: Dire Grove", and a few days later I purchased the Collectors Edition of the same title (I didn't know anything about Collectors Editions back then, but once I discovered them it was all that I would buy).

I can't remember much about "Spring of Shadows", but Dire Grove blew me away... it was (and still is) a GREAT game... and after that I just kept at it it until I now have a fairly decent sized library.

At one point in time I even wrote a personal and professional letter to Paul Thelin; the original Founder and CEO of Big Fish Games at that time, in order to thank him for developing such a GREAT company. And not a cheesy letter either; cotton fiber, letter head, professionally type written letter kind of letter.

I thought that Mr. Thelin had done an excellent job and thought that he was deserving of being treated with a high degree of excellence as well.

Well I haven't been to Big Fish for quite some time; the company was making some changes and I figured I'd let things settle down before I did. Today (October 07, 2022) is the first time that I took the time to check things out again, and all I can say is:

What in the (you know what) HAPPENED to Big Fish Games??

I had an INSTANT IPECAC ATTACK as soon as I logged onto the site (for those that might not be in the know, Ipecac syrup is used to induce vomiting).

What a total mess Big Fish has become.

At one point in time I was a member and loyal customer, but NOW I refuse to even be a customer... I'm already researching OTHER companies to give my business to, but it will never EVER be Big Fish again unless they clean their mess up.

And if I ever contact ANYONE at Big Fish Games in the future, I'll write everything down on "Post-Its" and in pencil!

The cost of buying games on this website since the update is a disgrace! Even when they have a so called offer on, it is still more expensive than paying full price before the change. Unless they go back to the old way I will not buy games from here again. I have been a member for over ten years and have spent quite a bit during this time.

Super viele Spiele gekauft,immer rundum zufrieden gewesen,schnelle kompetente Hilfe bei evtl. Problemen....
Aber diese neue Aufmachung jetzt,ist grottenschlecht.

I have been a member of Big Fish games since 2005 and have spent a lot of money with them over the course of those 22 years. The remake of their website is horrible. The previous site was so user friendly and easy to find new games that I want to try. Now, I can't find anything. I used to be able to see the top 100 games to try and find new games I might enjoy, but that is no longer an option. They used to have new games released every day, but I have seen there are days that are skipped. I used to be able to see what type of game it is from the new release screen, to identify the types of games I am interested in, but you have to select the game in order to find that out. This year is the first time ever I have gone to Google to search for other similar game sites because I have been so disappointed.
