I ordered a dining table and chairs, the service provided was faultless and couldn’t have been more pleased. It’s been tough with the lock down and the company has done amazingly well to make sure my order was delivered on time. Highly recommended!!!

Not sure about this company tbh.
Ordered a 2 day delivery from Amazon, day of delivery they cancelled. Phoned them and was greeted by a rude 'Hello' She didn't say who she was or who they were, so i had to ask if she was from BHF. At that point the conversation was like pulling teeth. If i re ordered i would be given a discount, of which i wasn't it and it turned out more expensive than through Amazon! I did get my bed quickly though, but i would not trust this company or use them again, seemed shifty to me tbh.

Ordered a new bed for the property I was moving into on Saturday morning, I was not contacted by phone to arrange delivery as It said during the order process instead I had to ring them. I was greeted with "Hello" and nothing else no company name no actual person name nothing just "Hello". I gave my details and asked about arranging delivery to which the response was "Which company are you calling from"..... Ummm I ordered it off Amazon... this is customer service right .....? Once we got past that little hurdle and he finally had my order details I asked if the bed could be delivered Saturday or Monday as I was not moving into the property until Saturday morning and there would be nobody there till then. "Oh yes, that's no problem I will get it delivered Monday for you" perfect thank you. I awoke Friday morning fresh and ready for the day until I look at my phone and see a text from the delivery company saying "your package will be delivered today". I then spend the next four hours of my life trying to get in contact with someone at the delivery company to rearrange and discuss the delivery options to a property I am not yet occupying. Turns out the delivery company left the parcel outside the house with a note saying "left is a safe place by back door" right above note on the parcel that says "do not leave in safe place MUST BE SIGNED"
So I rang Bighouse Furniture to complain and the phone is picked up and I hear. "Hello". Now I will give them 2 stars because they got it out in a speedy time which I can imagine for someone who actually lives in the property they are delivering it to would be very happy.

Absolutely appalled with the service I have received, I ordered and paid for my item on 01.05.19 with a delivery service in two days, I still haven't received my item and the email replies I am receiving are just rude and unhelpful!!!! Do not use this company they just take your money and then dont deliver the product and blame you for it.

I received my shoe cabinet today, 5 days late because the seller took its time to arrange the package. Well it arrived today, damaged, the door broken in half.. how wonderful. This was the first time I have ever ordered from here and it will not happen again.

This chair was out of stock, but we still wanted it, they explained it could be months before it arrived. they advised us every step of the way, from manufacture, to loading on container, estimated date of arrival in UK, date of arrival in UK, date into there storage depot, dispatch from storage depot and estimated delivery to our home, plus tracking advice PERFECT.

Good service, delivered quickly. Fault on one of chair bases which was replaced very quickly. Totally satisfied with purchase and would definitely use Bighouse Furniture again and recommend them.

I ordered a Chaise Longue @ £275 on line on Wednesday afternoon. The company offered me a 5% discount if I bought directly from them rather than through Amazon which is what I did. By Friday linchtime the product had arrived and 30 minutes later I had assembled it and it was in use in our sunny front porch: outstanding service!

I bought a wardrobe less than a month the back caved in the material used was a poor quality.

Bought a chaise longe due to a medical condition. I didn't want anything expensive as I didn't intend keeping it when I had recovered. It arrived in 24hrs!!!! It's been marvellous,wearing well and I'm definitely keeping it!

Verg good furniture ordered a 5 door wadrobe the came and fitted it saved me the hassle good price aswel. I recommend big house furniture😊
