Great service

Booked car (which is an adaptive car for my partner who is a wheelchair user) in a for MOT for Tuesday using collect and drop off service. I was sent an email stating car would be collected between 09:00-10:00 Tuesday AM, got to 11:30am and I rang the garage to be told that they were short staffed and would collect within the hour. Car was finally collected at 13:45, rang the garage at 17:00 to be told that the MOT hadn’t been done and would now be done tomorrow.

Received phone call approx 10:30 on weds to be told welding work needed doing to complete MOT, enquired if it could be completed that day told unlikely as they were busy if not completed Wednesday it would be completed Thursday.

Rang Thursday at 13:30 told staff were on dinner but car would be delivered back to me today and they’d ring me to confirm time, I rang back at 17:00 to be told welding work HADN’T been completed and car would now be delivered Friday! Had to forcefully get receptionist to get me a time frame and was told it would be back by 12:00pm

Zero communication throughout, terrible service and would NOT recommend anyone use this garage if you need your car back same day. Charged £15 for collect and drop off which in fairness should be refunded as they didn’t come or deliver at the agreed times, charged £500+ for welding work

AVOID THIS GARAGE AT ALL COSTS

Someone put on here rob dogs, I think that’s a polite name! If you walk in here be prepared to wear Incoming sucker on your forehead because that it exactly what they will take you for!
Quoted me for some work after a failed Mot to try take me for an idiot on the price, the receptionist thinks she’s knows it all and life looks like it’s sucked out of her. Thank God I pulled my phone out and googled the price of the parts they wanted to charge me and went to another garage to get the work done saved myself £100.
Says they are a AA approved garage however I am insured with the AA and they didn’t come up on the list through my insurance garage finder.
Never would I go there again and after moving to the village recently have discovered they are well known for ripping people off

Binley Woods Service Centre were extremely accommodating especially after I’d got the wrong time for my initial MOT. They promptly rebooked my appointment for the soonest available space and kept me up to date. The MOT was performed efficiently and afterwards they discussed the test and advisory with me.

What made my experience great is the staft are always very polite and helpful...these guys never over charge me...Great company to use ...I've been going for years now and will continue.

Met with a friendly face on reception and appreciated a good local cafe recommendation whilst waiting for the test to be carried out. Test was carried out quickly and payment options offered to suit. Think I’ve just found my new local

Great little garage with helpful and friendly staff. Have used a couple of times now for MOT and service as well as a couple of extra fixes. This is now my go to garage based on communication, professionalism and efficiency.

Booked in for MOT and service, and car clean. Jimbal picked the car up promptly in the morning, wearing his uniform (very friendly). A phone call a couple of hours later to say all done. Paid the bill and the same gentleman dropped the car off. All in the space of 5 hours.Will use again

After the usual myriad of car problems they garage did sort out all the faults to the best they could. Got it through an Mot and offered warranty on their great work.

I've been using Binley Woods Garage for a few years now and haven't had any issues. They always get the job done quickly and well.

My car was picked up around 8am and not dropped back until around 5pm. I called twice trying to get the car back. My car was ransacked, £8 coins were stolen from my coin purse in glove compartment.

Yet again great service from this garage, Brake pads and MOT done and all within the reasonable cost quoted. I will continue using them again. Thank you.
