Very kind and considerate to me changing the dates a couple of times due to illness. This is the second time I have used this for my MOT

Great service, been three times now and won't go anywhere else.

The best experience I ever had with repairing my wife’s car . The staff are very professional specially Nigel in the reception . Our Audi a3 had a problem with heater system . They made a great job diagnose the problem and changing the heater matrix and the coolant tank . They were very honest and trusted people . They kept all the old parts and showed me how was blocked and explained everything to me .they found out as well that our water pump is faulty .they get it change without extra cost as it related to the heater system . I picked the car it was very clean and tidy. They left me baby on board sign because we had car seat for our little one , how nice . They give me one year guarantee on their work and they said any issues give us a call . I’m very happy and will use them from now on and will recommend them to all my family and friends. Really appreciated their good work and their customer services.

I always use this company for my MOT and services. They are reliable and trustworthy.
Really helpful and pleasant lady on reception.
I definitely highly recommend them.

I had a last minute issue with my car, and Caroline at the garage was incredibly helpful.
What stood out the most was that they didn’t even charge me for the diagnostic report.
This made a massive difference to my experience.
Issue resolved at a great price, will definitely use again.

Booked a MOT - collection , for a motorhome online .. on the day of collection received a phone call to inform me they didn’t realise it was a motorhome and couldn’t do until next week !
But it was my fault because I should have telephoned them and not booked online !
Very disappointed and angry that they made an error but no apology !
so not advisable to use their online booking system ….won’t use them again .

Firstly very prompt pick up
The mechanic working on the car gave me advisories but was not pushy and kept me informed
Lastly Caroline on the front desk very courteous and got me to my hospital appointment on time
Overall excellent service and communication
Also thank you to the pick up and delivery driver
