Biscuiteers are well aware of the problem but just send automated reply everytime I've contacted them about this issue.

Disappointing
Disappointing. I thought the personalised birthday cake biscuit would be iced with Happy Birthday and the recipients name but it wasn’t. The actual biscuit tasted slightly stale. A lot of money for a non personalised- personalised stale iced biscuit.

Would I order again? most definitely!!!!
Easy to order. Ordered the 4 gingerbread birthday people. On delivery postman knocked even though they would fit through a letterbox, opened to check not broken as rattling inside smaller box but had to remove the cellophane to do this. Icing had come away to keep biscuits secure but luckily they were not broken. Absolutely lovely gift but a little over priced for the size of them. Would I order again? most definitely!!!!

Recipients loved the packaging and said the gingerbread (ginger Jolly) was really nice and tasty.
They loved the little mug it was holding. These were sent as a thank you and the message was printed correctly in chosen card which meant a lot to me
