Like an idiot I lost the key to my post box that I bought a little while ago.
I spoke to Holly at customer services, she was very well informed and took me through my options. I have a new lock coming which is more economical than having to try and get a new key cut.

I’ve bought a couple of items from this maker on Etsy. I love the fact that it’s a small business in the UK. The quality of the handmade products are excellent. And they are a perfect gift for someone who will appreciate the hard work and thought and effort that has gone into it at such a reasonable price. Communication is great. Postage was very quick and it was very well packaged. In fact, I gifted it in the box that it arrived in and just wrapped it in nice wrapping paper. I’ve bought two items from this company one for my dad and one for my husband and both the presents went down really well. I’d also like to thank Rhiannon at Etsy customer service for such a great job. I can highly recommend this seller for buying really quirky well-made gifts for others or yourself.

Ben makes such beautiful and timeless pieces, I have purchased a few of the Tin men and have loved the craftsmanship in everyone. Rhiannon has helped in the process brilliantly. Would definitely recommend as everyone should own at least one piece of his work. The delivery is fast and each item is carefully packaged to arrive in perfect condition.

Exactly what I was looking for as a present for my sister who collects sea themed paper weights. It is perfect for her. Excellent quality and remarkable workmanship. You can see how much time and skill has gone into making this delightful product.

I purchased a very nice painted watering can recently. It is beautifully painted and of very high quality. It was also sent to me very quickly and Rhiannon, the Etsy customer service manager, was also very helpful.
All in all, highly recommended.

I have no words to explain how amazing the furniture from this company is! The furniture looks exactly like it does in the pictures. The finishing is more than excellent, and the metal is of great quality with a beautiful, weatherproof finish. The furniture is waterproof and very easy to assemble.

I ordered the “Moreville” 8-Seater Outdoor Dining Set – Antique Champagne, and it is absolutely amazing. The cushions were dispatched on the same day and delivered within just two days—wow, that was incredibly quick!

The customer service is also excellent. The team is very helpful and understanding. They always listen to my queries and provide satisfactory answers.

Antique Cast Iron Coat Hook: Hand Forged 'Made In Wales' Double Hook....

I've bought a couple of items from here before, this time I purchased a fantastic gift for my Welsh mates new garden room, made well, arrived on time. Can't fault the standard of workmanship. 5/5.

I ordered a post box and it arrived the next day, even though I am in the South of England. Very happy with the look of the product exactly what I was expecting. Finishes off the front of the house. The quality is robust and was good value for money. Importantly, it came with everything to fix to the wall. Personally I felt the fixings were a bit flimsy so purchased more robust screws - a personal choice. The post box is big enough for small parcels which is great. However, technically someone could put their hand in it and take the post. For some people that might be an issue.

I ordered a fire tongs set and they are beautiful -really lovely pieces. quick service. arrived safely. looks fantastic. Used it the other day and does exactly the job I wanted it for.
