I have just fitted our Ironbridge inspired brackets to take a microwave, look great thank you guys.

I ordered two black log baskets and two companion sets. Unfortunately, three of the four items arrived damaged or defective — one log basket is visibly bent out of shape and not circular, another has significant bubbling/lifting to the powder coating on the base, and one of the companion sets has a chip in the black finish.

I have emailed the sales team three times, including photographs clearly showing all three issues, but I have received no response whatsoever.

It’s incredibly disappointing to receive this level of quality from a new order, but even more frustrating to be completely ignored when trying to resolve the problems.

I would not recommend based on my experience and certainly won’t be ordering from them again.

I bought a bunch of ceramic daffodils and purple daisies from Etsy. They were delivered the next day at no charge.
This seller is very clever and creative and the flowers are just like the description. I'm so very pleased with these flowers, which will be placed outside on at a grave eventually, but I'm enjoying looking at them on the dining table for the time being. I would highly recommend Ben and his lovely customer services manager, Rhiannon.

We ordered the four seater white aether garden set, we ordered white to match our pergola and lattice, we waited over a month for delivery which I can understand as we ordered in the middle of a heatwave, however after waiting for so long we have recieved an off cream set with what I can only describe as a speckled effect over the table and chairs, kind of like a mini egg look, I have gone back on the website to check the description and zoom in on the set on the website and they dont appear to have this affect and the colour looks crisp white online. The packaging it arrived in said white but its not, I have asked visitors to describe the colour and all have said the same cream almost beige colour. The quality is great however the colour is not what I ordered.

Very nice hand forged hooks. Perfect size. Bit worried about installing as didn't want to spoil - so made small hole in wood post with a bradawl and then hammered in with a rubber meat hammer. Think if you used metal hammer you would damage them. I chose colour "pewter" and are definitely "pewter" - extremely pleased. Would definitely go back to this shop.

I ordered 2 items (a dragon and a bird made from cutlery). Both items were delivered really quickly and are excellent quality. The customer service I received from Rhiannon was second to none as well as. A problem with my order was resolved very quickly. I am very pleased and highly recommend this company.

Ordered some planter signs that were on my sisters birthday list. I expect just average quality but they are proper solid heavy iron , outstanding quality and craftsmanship tbh. Slight issue with damaged packaging and I believe this is how 3 of the spikes were lost in transit…emailed them to explain, no issue and 3 replacement spikes are on the way to me. I’m so impressed with the quality and craftsmanship I’m looking at ordering a few bits for cemetery and if I can find anything for my balcony…I will order myself something.I would certainly recommend them…very impressed.

This is my first experience of Blackfriday country Metal work and I feel they are deserving of a five star review for quality of goods and customer service. I intended to order one item from them but found myself ordering three large items in the end. I had more than one email notification from the company they use to deliver informing me of a time slot. On the day of delivery I received an email from Sue Ford apologising that one of the items had been removed from delivery because it hadn’t passed their quality checks. Although disappointed, as this was the original item that I had searched for, there was a huge contrast in customer care from Sue compared to another company who delivered an item that was of such poor quality and did not match the description. Sue immediately answered my emails and was proactive in finding a resolution unlike the other company who I am still trying to convince that I need a full refund and not a partial one! I will definitely buy from Black Country Metal works again. Thank you Sue Ford ( ps the delivery company they use were also very good, friendly and professional.

Ordered 2 lanterns - arrived swiftly and well packed. Good quality items. A brass screw was missing from one but TWO replacements were sent out immediately. Great customer service and would use again.

My Buddha Mirror is honestly amazing, very stunning to look at, it brings me calm (Even through, I'm not religious, as times are difficult). It's superb quality, was received quickly in perfect condition due to excellent packaging. Highly recommended A***
