Blacksmith Store Reviews

Blacksmith Store run a great business. High quality clothes, fair prices, quick delivery and communication. 👍👍

Absolutely amazing customer support! Super quick, straightforward, and extremely friendly. I will definitely order again. Very happy with my t-shirt purchase.

If you're looking for the perfect t-shirt, pants that you can use for a lifetime or that hoodie you've always dreamed of, then Blacksmith is the store you've been looking for. Excellent service and products.

The quality of the Blacksmith hoodie I purchased is amazing. The price was great and it arrived in no time. I couldn't be happier and I'll definitely be buying the sweater version if they do one.

Had an issue with a product I bought from the store. It was after one use. Staff were so helpful and quick to communicate. Offered exchange. Impressed with customer support.

Awesome store, great clothes, fast and kind customer service.

All around good shopping experience
The clothes themselves were exactly what I hoped for, high quality pieces for a fair price.
My order was lost on its way to Germany by the distributor, but sorting out this issue with their customer support was easy and fast.

Great customer service staff - thank you ! So helpful with my enquiries and sorted everything out for me.

Great quality clothing with a fair price! I ordered a medium and had to change my order to a large at last minute, had an immediate response and everything was sorted, stoked with my jacket thank you Jack!

Nothing but good experiences shopping with Blacksmith. Jack went above and beyond to help with shipping enquiries and was super responsive. Absolutely love all the Blacksmith products I've ordered as well, great quality!

Great shop. Had very few problems, but the one time an incorrect product was sent, Blacksmith fixed the mistake and got the correct product sent out immediately.

Fantastic customer service and went the extra mile to help me. Will 100% shop again

Great communication, amazing brand, grateful to be having their products ♥️

Very satisfying customer support and quality products 🙌🏼

Favourite pants by far. The fit, the quality, the fabric, the whole vibe is fire. Will definitely be buying more. Gonna cop a smock when they restock. Super nice people too. Do yourself a favour and buy some stuff.

My second purchase - really great clothes and really good prices - glad to have found them

Boy, where do I start. Charlie. Charlie is the MAN. Give the guy a dang raise because the help he gave me was next level. The guy went above and beyond to assure I got my package delivered. DPD was absolutely useless, not attempting delivery, refusing to deliver to nearest post office. After paying for expedited shipping DPD still dropped the ball and Charlie fixed it all. He was attentive, sympathetic and genuine throughout the process. He sent me another pair of pants for free that was delivered in under 24hrs. I cannot recommend the Blacksmith brand enough, one of the best pair of pants I’ve ever owned and their staff will look after you just as Charlie did for me. Thank you again mate. You’re a gem.

Excellent choice of clothing and fantastic customer service.

Blacksmith Store are the best, their attention to detail and fittings are perfect and second to none. The team are always quick to reply to emails for any concerns and continue to make and supply good quality and lasting clothes.

The selection is top class and I am always surprised to see how reasonable the prices are, especially items sourced from USA or Japan. I’ll definitely continue buying from here.
