Beautiful jewellery! I bought a personalised bracelet for my friend. Although, the bracelet snapped, I was offered a replacement in a quickly and timely manner.

I have ordered from this company before and also had multiple gifts from here and they’re all amazing quality and beautiful pieces. Recently I received a bracelet for my birthday and unfortunately the bracelet had lost a stone in it so I emailed the company and they dealt with it instantly, I could not have asked for better customer service from a company and it is quite possibly the best I’ve ever received. I will continue to order from this business in the future for both myself and gifts for people. Absolutely amazing, 10/10!

I brought a silver plaited necklace for my mother for Christmas, it has cracked on the chain and the pendant, it was 5 months old when this happened, she has followed all care procedures. I was told when I emailed customer service that they are only guaranteed for 3 months! The necklace is not fit for purpose and when shown to a jeweller they said even silver plaited wouldn’t crack like that! I’m very disappointed as my mum can no longer wear it and I wouldn’t touch them with a barge pole again and would encourage others not to buy from there! Such a scam!

I was given a necklace as a gift but the chain was too short. I contacted Bloom Boutique via their website and they sorted out an exchange, free of charge and quick postage. The new chain was perfect and the necklace is a beautiful keepsake from a close friend.

I was gifted a necklace and unfortunately it had a broken chain. I contacted bloom boutique and they immediately sent a replacement and a paid for return label via Royal Mail. No quibbles and sent it to me not my friend who gifted the item as I didn’t want to tell her it was broken. Love this company for being so understanding! Thank you. X

Firstly, excellent initial delivery and the product was lovely. Then, another order, which when ‘messed up’ by the mail service, customer service at Bloom Boutique sorted my problem with speed and sympathy.

Due to my mistake when ordering i was contacted to check. A massive thank you. I can not express how amazing this service is! But then when the necklace came i was blown away by how beautiful it was. Will definitely be ordering more for my friends, family and myself. Highly recommend.

The agents who dealt with my issue regarding a piece of jewellery I bought, they were helpful and understood and the replacement will be sent to me when it has been personalised and the process was completed in good time as I received a response to this the next day by email. I would use them again to buy their lovely jewellery.

When there was an issue with an item, the team at Bloom Boutique were very quick to help and got a replacement sent out very quickly.

I struggle with cheap metal but this I can wear and wear, my three daughters wear their jewellery daily, they have young children and it’s held the test of time.

I accidently made a repeat order and they very kindly offered me a refund so I could buy something else from them however I’ve decided to keep it, being a small business I don’t want to put that pressure on them, that’s due to their kindness, consideration and the fact their jewellery is so lovely and lasts. I would choose Bloom Boutique over other very well known brands for its quality and wearability.
