I received a necklace as a gift a few years ago, I’ve been looking at replacing this necklace but noticed the exact style was no longer on the website. I sent a message to the Instagram page and they managed to speak to the production team who said they would still be able todo the exact necklace for me. They have been super helpful and really accommodating. Couldn’t recommend enough.

Lauren was so helpful in finding the item I needed even though it had been discontinued, my daughter and I had searched for the bangle without success. Unfortunately I lost my daughter to cancer 2 weeks ago, it now means I have a bangle with both my children and grandchildrens birthstones. A very quick delivery too.

I’ve ordered from bloom boutique before and have always had a positive experience with them and the jewellery. I had an issue this time ordering where I contacted them by email to say I had accidentally ordered the same personalised necklace by mistake and asked if they could cancel one order. Within the same day I got a very fast reply by email and the issue was sorted straight away. I also got a refund a couple days later. Thank you so much for your amazing products and your fast response. I 100% recommend this small business and am a very happy customer who will be returning :)

Lauren is a very very kind woman I received a pair of earrings that was damaged due to no fault of her own the earrings are beautiful and perfect Lauren also replied to me and had a new pair sent out all within the hour I would highly recommend this small business to everyone 😍

Bought a personalised necklace with my baby boys name on it. It’s absolutely beautiful. On arrivals I realised it was too small for me but Bloom Boutique had no issues in allowing me to return the item for the chain to be replaced with a longer one. Amazing customer service and a beautiful product

I received a beautiful gift from this company from my daughter. Beautiful necklace and a box to keep it in too.
After 6 months my necklace was very worn and engraving not visible.
I contacted customer services and after a few conversations they kindly replaced my item.
Quality and details are just beautiful with so many options to choose from.

Ordered a gift for my daughter back in Feb for her birthday not realising the small chain wouldn't be suitable. Contacted Bloom boutique to see if they could help and they could! Arranged return labels etc and even sent a quick message to confirm it's been received as I asked if a longer chain could be added. A little personal touch like that means a lot so I know it's in safe hands and cannot wait to have it returned soy daughter can wear it. For that service alone I will look here for gifts. Straightforward purchase via Not On The High Street. Unfortunately there was an issue with delivery which was in no way attributable to the company. Their communication was prompt and courteous. The understanding and customer service I received in order to sort the matter was excellent and would definitely recommend this company.
