I really like the beautiful personalised jewellery, and was delighted to get one for my sister’s birthday. I had an issue with the order, but they got back to me the same day to sort the issue.

I was gifted the personalised spinning disc necklace. Unfortunately it tarnishes VERY easily. I had it replaced once due to very quick tarnishing over a few wears. It then happened again to the second necklace despite following the aftercare carefully like I did the first time. You also only have a 3 month guarantee for this product. My first chain tarnished within a week, the second one the same but I’d left it too long to report the second time so they won’t replace or refund. The necklace was around £40. Other brands charge a similar price & guarantee no tarnishing. Absolutely gutted. 😢

I saw Bloom Boutique on Instagram and loved the idea of a bespoke/personal gift for my sister who has just had her second baby. The order process was simple and even after I placed the order, they were able to make an amendment for me before it was sent out which I really appreciated. Communication was great and the price was affordable. All in all a lovely experience.

My son bought me a beautiful Freshwater Pearl and Chain Double Heart Personalised Bracelet as a mother of the groom gift.
Unfortunately the bracelet was too small so I contacted Bloom Boutique who advised me that this particular bracelet was only available in one length. They gave me the option of replacing it with an item to the same value.
With a delay on my part, I contacted Bloom to advise of the alternative item I had chosen. This was despatched very quickly.
In the meantime a friend had visited and managed to fit an extender chain to the bracelet so I could now wear it. I contacted Bloom to advise them of this and said I would now like to keep the bracelet but would of course pay for the replacement item. I received an email from Bloom to advise that as a gesture of goodwill, I could keep the bracelet and they did not require payment for the replacement item. I was so very thankful for this kind gesture.
There were quite a few emails going back and forth but Chris and Lauren were so understanding and patient throughout the process. I can’t thank them enough. 😊

Bought a bracelet for my mum for Christmas and by May the gold plating had come off and it looked terrible! And this was only with occasional wear. Customer services said warranty was only 3 months which reflects their opinion that the jewellery is very poor quality. Very disappointing.

The customer service I received when there was an issue with a necklace was brilliant. It was my fault there was an issue but they resolved it anyway with kindness and speed. So happy with this I have recently purchased another necklace so I have a choice and will buy more. Thank you for your care.

Brilliant company! There communication with me when I wanted a customised necklace with my daughters name recently stillborn son name and birthstones. The communicated with me and made sure they could make exactly what I wanted and in the position I wanted it. I can’t wait to receive my necklace so I can wear it with pride and remember my lost son.

Excellent customer service and quick response

I received a birthday gift that someone purchased from this company. I am not sure why they didn't have the disk on the necklace engraved, as it was evident from the images, which would have been seen before the purchase, that this is what the disk was for; however, they didn't, but I wrote to this company and asked if they would. I didn't receive a card in the box it arrived in before the engraving, so I wasn't sure who sent the gift to me. I made a mistake and thanked someone else, which was a bit embarrassing, but I soon found the sender. I haven't told the sender that I have had the disk engraved since then. However, this company dealt with the error of not including a card very professionally, and they engraved the disk free of charge, while also being very friendly throughout their communication. I would use them if I wanted to buy a gift similarly.

Beautiful personalised necklace in a lovely pretty box for a present for my Daughter. Easy to order and quick delivery. It is nice to support a smaller Company to get a special gift.
