The order process was very easy I ordered 3 charms and a necklace. The only think that I had to do was move one of the charms around. There was two small and one big but the two small were put on the same side, if it was one on each side the jewlery looked more balanced so once I moved it it was much better. The charms are very small and the disk is almost out of proportion

Bought a personalised birth flower bracelet for my mum for Mother’s Day which unfortunately broke the first time she wore it. I mentioned this to customer services and this was dealt with extremely well, not only did they offer to send a replacement but I actually asked for something else that ended up being more bespoke and they happily obliged which I really didn’t expect. Most customer service is awful these days and I was so pleasantly surprised when the new product came through and was exactly what I’d asked for! Thank you.

Absolutely beautiful jewellery that was beautifully packaged.

However a lost a stone in a ring I contacted customer service this was replaced. A few days later another stone fell out. They wernt being worn daily.

And after just a few months My sterling silver necklace has tarnished so bad it gone black

I was getting help from Chris in customer service and it was the best customer service I have had in years! I was getting a necklace with my babies birthstones that I lost at pregnancy. He made a hard decision and process very easy. There wasn't anything I asked that was meet with confusion or no help. Everything I needed help with was meet with kindness and empathy. I have gotten jewelry from bloom over the years and loved every bit! And the one time something went wrong they fixed the problem straight away! Would recommend them to anyone from start to finish, top to bottom they are a great company. Thank you Chris again! Very happy customer

Beautiful jewlery. My husband bought me a necklace for Christmas. It was absolutely beautiful, unfortunately I broke the chain on it. I contacted Bloom boutique and had a speedy reply off Chris who was so helpful and very quick to send me out a new one. I really appreciate it. I love the necklace it’s absolutely gorgeous. Team went above and beyond to amend something on my order (totally my own fault) when they could have just brushed me aside. They were so helpful, when product arrived it was just as seen on the website and was an excellent gift. 100% would buy from them again.

I had an issue where I had accidentally put my email in wrong and I was getting impatient as the online chat was shut on weekends. However, Chris was a massive help on Monday and got it all sorted.
