Just for some feedback, parcel took 3 weeks to arrive and cost GBP20 to post. I have purchased online from boutiques in Belfast and Edinburgh at less cost (GBP10-15) and they have arrived much faster.
I emailed their sales team 3 days ago as I could not get the tracking number to work but got no response.That said, item was lovely, in perfect condition and I think their facility to buy overseas online is a great thing for us shoppers. I will continue to look and/or shop online with them again. Kind regards, Glenda

Prompt delivery: excellent Lofina boots. Great that they do half-sizes, unlike most other vendors. Downside: I wasn’t given the option when ordering, to pay less for a less speedy delivery; the option went straight to the express delivery, which is quite pricey, and I was unable to change it.
Regarding the web-shop, in general, it is regrettable that they don’t offer the XL sizes in most clothing, particularly, Rundholz, who do actually make their clothes in an XL size.

This skirt was a bit disappointing. I thought it would be of thicker fabric as was autumn/winter collection. The postage is a bit steep too, considering you don’t provide a return service so costs it upwards of £14 postage alone if garment isn’t suitable.

Very good communication. When Blue were unable to deliver to me straight away, they notified me and gave me the option to cancel, exchange for other goods or wait for my original order, which I chose to do. When my parcel arrived it was so beautifully packaged, it was a real pleasure to open. Excellent service.

Extensive improvement in the area In dealing with international customers - although I’m English and understood the frustrations of receiving many questions from an unknown client, I did not feel that they should not have shown their frustrations in an e-mail (I in the end, I addressed this in an email) because it did not appear that anyone understood why I was frustrated by the mailing in many cases delayed to up to 10- 15 days for no reason except that carrier did not understand that I live in east coast snd they had ton retrace from the west coast back to the east coast via. New York City- the staff’s frustration showed up when they told me it was not their responsibility and that I should track the packages with the carrier and that I would have to pay more if they asked got better delivery.

From my point if view, it was BW responsibility to endure delivery as part of the contract between customer and BW

I’m now very pleased with the customer service sbd the improved mail time. I fact, I was ready to discontinue my ordering from BW sbd skyhoughnitvwas not much to them I had stayed because I was an early online customer dnd I liked the new web site and designers
