Blue is an independent Women's fashion retailer, based in Cheltenham and Bath. We offer unique and individual clothing to adventurous women of all ages, stocking brands such as Rundholz and Lurdes Bergada. In the Bath shop, we have a homeware department displaying eclectic furniture, soft furnishings and gifts. Recently, Blue introduced a menswear line into both stores, called Syngman Cucala from Barcelona, which is the sister brand to Lurdes Bergada.

Very easy to order from and prompt delivery. Had to cotact cheltenham shop for a different size and they were incredibly helpful and item again received very promptly. Will continue shopping at this superb shop

Fabulous independent clothing shop. Such interesting clothing that I think I’ve spent the best part of £1500 in a month. Love the cafe in Bath. Interesting designers, great lofina boots, good accessories. Deliveries v quick! Small point, Bath were great in the shop but useless on the two occasions I called about a product. Cheltenham v helpful.

Fabulous designs.
I have bought lots from Blue in Cheltenham - they have a great collections of women’s clothes. However because I live in London I look online and recently purchased Kopka berets x 3 which are simply wonderful. I like Lurdes Burgurda and all the other designs they stock. Always helpful and kind service.

I ordered sandals that arrivedwith filthy dirtymarks on them. I sent phots of them and invited comments but my emails were ignored. I have not received any communica5ion at all about this matter.

My two pieces arrived crumpled and in a shoddy plastic bag....I've no particular need for high spec packaging but feel it to be important that pieces are sent out with a degree of respect.
As I didn't require the items urgently I had requested a cheaper postal charge than the £9.00 but was told this wasn't possible .
I therefore spent £18.00 on postage for which I acquired nothing but a feel of lack of customer care.
I'll stick to Jules B and Olivia May in the future!

We have recently looked into providing boxes, however we are still put off by the added weight and wastage of packaging materials, for this reason we are currently looking for a solution. This is since another complaint about the tissue being crumpled and having spoken to the post office, we now know this is down to the way the parcels are handled at the post office and in transit to you. Although we can't take responsibility for this, we are still looking for a more sturdy, yet lightweight solution! We have always tried to keep postage prices to a minimum, based on Royal Mail services. Unfortunately, it isn't always possible to reduce costs if the items have a high value, because in the event of loss or damaged, they will not be covered, hence we need to use the tracked and signed service. For your two items, tracked, signed and covered £8.60 is correct.
Sorry that you feel disappointed with the postage. We aim to improve and will listen to any suggestions you may have. The Blue Team x

Beautiful clothes and great service. A word of warning - The postage can be a bit of an extra expense at the end as it is calculated depending on how much you buy rather than a set cost. But I live too far away to visit the shop😏😊
