Very friendly & helpful customer service. Prompt payment. The only reason I've not given a 5 star rating is because my car was due to be collected on the Friday but this was delayed until the following Tuesday, which was not ideal.

Really friendly team. They offered me a fair price for my car and arranged the collection through CoPart, who were also excellent. Instructions and agreements were provided by e-mail, promptly. These were very clear and easy to follow. Payment was also prompt. I highly recommend BMS Salvage.
