Balaji Group have started Balaji Movieplex BMX Cinemas, Littleworld, Kharghar recently. I have bought Ticket for this Hall, today 9 am movie Salaar. I used to go to Balaji Cinemas, Koperkhairne for watching pictures for the last Ten years. Because of that reason, confidently I reached Koperkhairne Balaji at 8.58 am. After that, the Ticket Collector revealed that one more Hall they have started at Kharghar and the ticket pertains to that Hall. I felt so disappointed and I had no time to go all the way from Koperkharine to Kharghar, becasue it takes at least 45 minutes. He further stated that he has seen many families are reaching Koperkharne Hall, by mistake, and without observing the address on the ticket. I think it is the negligence of the Bookmyshow that they should not have mentioned the name Balaji in Bookmyshow site for this new hall, because many families like us would be under impression that this is Balaji Koperkhairne. My money has gone and my mood to watch Salaar Picture has also gone, because of this careless attitude of the Bookmyshow.

Extremely bad service by book my show. They just take money then go to anywhere no one care about it. Customer are ATM machine for them.

don't have sign in function. it makes me trouble when I purchase a ticket, I need to enter my personal information before make the payment and no secure for my information. Also make me inconvenient to check my ticket details and information.

I had a very repulsive experience with them. I booked tickets for the comedy show for Harsh Gujral on October 9. BOOA00X9KQBDPU This is my hooking id for reference. First, they changed the timing of show that caused me great inconvenience. I opted for refund on October 2, but haven't got my refund till now. I won’t recommend anyone to use it for booking tickets

customer service worse : cannot contact with them and response very delay, and waste it my chance and time. I very dissappointed.
The system: worse: I already come in to buy a ticket and show me what "ununsual activity detected". I believe that is not problem with me and try to contact with them many times. As a result: Nobody response.
very very useless concert platform

You Would have informed about the movie cancellation by night...it wasted my time in travel and couldn't watch the movie which is special to me.

It customer care service is frustrated. we call it and wait for more than 1 hr ,no customer service executive picked the call only computerized voice was playing.

Very bad experience I booked a ticket through book my show i didn't receive any confirmation message but amount got debited it's been ten days refund is not done no response also please do not book through book my show your money will be cheated

The show did not happen.
I was really excited to book a show of Sufi music by Nizami Bandhu at Informal, Janpath, as I am in Delhi only for a few days but after waiting for nearly two hours I left.

Site is unable to handle traffic, crashes and it is total failure..don’t use this site

I tried booking 2 tickets for a movie on a Friday, as there was a Bank of Baroda Debit card offer available. When i started the booking and went on the payment page to avail the offer, the Bank of Baroda was not highlighted and i couldn't choose it. This is utter trolling by Bookmyshow website. Hence, i chose not to book tickets on the website and instead went to movie theatre to purchase the tickets. Avoid Bookmyshow website at all cost, as they don't keep their promises.

3rd grade customer service. Frustrated with a BOT chatting away with stereotype answers.
We booked quite a few tickets for the motpgp and with barely 10 days left, there are no sign of our tickets that were paid for 2 months in advance and waiting to be home delivered which too was charged.
Customer service is non existent. I hope these International event organisers look into who they tie up with for such prestigious events, where tickets cost a bomb and customer service is not even worth peanuts.

says you have four minutes to book a seat for cricket tickets and then when you select one it refreshes the page and has an error

I was waiting to book ticket for all India's matches from 8PM to 10PM with high speed internet - but after trying multiple attempt - i m getting you have added in queue please wait for 2 hours 4 hours 6 hours- after some time they said tickets are sold out- how cheap is this?
atleast i should get 1 match ticket for any amount. But they are fooling people. Bookmyshow are playing with people emotions. For sure All tickets will be sold by Black. The ticket should be meet at the Stadium. We dont want this type of stupid service. Please take necessary action on this.

Corrupted app selled all the tickets before actual launch through its family friends. Doesn't give to real costumers who have waited for 2 hours

very bad website or app.. just waste of time .. I don't know why ICC use this paltform to sell the world cup tickets. the interface is so laggy and messy..

Never use this app. They make you wait in the queue for hours only to say they cannot make any changes to the ticket or refund you. Why would anyone wait for so long to speak to someone when they cannot do help with the booking. They are running a bookings Website but don't have a "reschedule bottom", is what the customer service told me after so many hours on the line. Ridiculously stupid.
