Great service when we first booked but then they changed the customer service help to being an extra charge later on months after we initially paid which was a shame.
Easy set up of the "photo booth" we had a tripod stand and iPad. Unfortunately the back drop doesn't come with any rail and our venue did not allow us to attach anything to the wall so we couldn't use it. The printer which came didn't connect to the system, mentioned this as states to company by email but had no feedback. Obviously if we had paid extra for 24-7 customer service this may have been rectified, just a shame we couldn't use it. We were able to send photos to our emails.
Delivery and collection was easy

We used boothly for our wedding Photo Booth it arrived in good time the day before and was very simple and straight forward to use our guest loved they could take away the photos from the event. Would highly recommend using this company and I would again should I even need a Photo Booth

Fantastic service, it was a little confusing at first. ( first time hiring) but soon got my head round it all. Thank you for a fab service. My guests loved the booth.

Had the booth through the runners up prize and it was perfect for our wedding.
It didn't take too long to set up, we had all the support should we have needed it.

Booth was delivered on time and in perfect condition. Very easy to set up and get going. Really happy with how the photos turned out (was great that we could instantly print them) and how quickly the digital copies were sent to us. Also very easy returns process. Only minor issue we had was sending a message to the WhatsApp help number to find they only reply between 5pm and 10pm (we had set the booth up earlier than that, so could have done with the support a bit before). Otherwise, really happy with the service!

Delivery was quick and easy and the photo booth was a hit at our wedding!

I entered a competition, I received an email to say I’d won a classic pod package yet they never sent a form for me to claim the prize. They then proceeded to hound me via email and text telling me to complete the form, I repeatedly told them I hadn’t received a form to complete.
I was told on WhatsApp ‘We won’t be responding on here. Reply to the email’.
I told them how rude they were and that others on Trustpilot said they were rude.
I was then told by Steve the company director “I have reviewed all the contact you had with my team, which has all been retained and further reviewed by our solicitors” trying to intimidate me.
I used a different company and paid for my photo booth, looking at the reviews on here I’m glad I did.

Our guests loved the Photo Booth and props and was a great addition to our wedding evening do. Our hotel helped set everything up for us and then we just had to post back. Was quite straight forward and we received the link to the pictures straight away. Our delivery was delayed a day but we managed to Rearrange with the hotel and that was dpd’s issue. Overall would use again ☺️

Customer service is appalling, plenty of threats of £25 for contacting them for their own incompetence. Items and services paid for not included. Then for boothiy to request a good review to get individual photos which should be £99.

Our guests had so much fun using the booth from BoothIY! We had the printer and photo strips which were a great souvenir for our loved ones. Being able to access the photos afterward is wonderful and has been cause for lots of laughter!

Boothiy is, hands down, one of the worst companies I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. The booking process was an infuriating maze of unnecessary steps, only to be met with a service that was laughably bad.
Communication with Boothiy? Practically nonexistent. When they do bother to reply, it’s with a tone so patronising and rude, you’d think they were doing you a favor by even acknowledging your existence.
On my wedding day, my friend had to handle the setup, which was a disaster thanks to their cryptic, useless instructions. When he finally got someone on WhatsApp, they were as helpful as a brick wall. And the printer? A relic from the 90s that could barely churn out 70% of our photos. The few that did print looked like they’d been through a time warp.
After the event, returning the product was another ordeal. We got zero confirmation it was received—just a curt, “We don’t confirm returns. If there’s an issue, you’ll hear in 7 days.” How about some basic customer service? Apparently, that’s too much to ask.
And the final insult? Weeks of chasing them down just to access my photo gallery, only to be told to “figure it out yourself using the help guides.” Unbelievable.
In short, don’t just walk away from Boothiy—run. They’re a waste of time, money, and patience.

The printer ran out of ink after 1 use.

Told I had won a competition for half price booth hire. I replied, asking if I would have to pay the entire half price cost when booking, and no reply. I then had an email, chasing me to claim my prize, and a reminder of the deadline by which to do this. Again, I replied, asking my question, and received no reply again. Then today, I receive an FAQ email and a reminder that the deadline to claim my prize is today. Still no answer to my question. I feel my emails may have been ignored deliberately, to prevent me from claiming money off that I've been told I've won

The booth was amazing, being able to print out and send to our phones when the paper ran out! The kids at the wedding loved this and I am printing all the photos out again to put in our wedding album. Easy to send back quite self explanatory would deffinalty recommend to friends and family

It looked confusing at 1st but then once you read instructions it was easy. Everyone including me absolutely loved this photobooth. I would 100% recommend it's fantastic!!

Rubbish customer services, iPad arrived turned on which I was told I'd be charged for extra time used, which wasn't our fault.
Managed to get it working for the night, printer wasn't working but could use the SMS service.
The next morning I arrived at my venue to find it had been dismantled and boxed ready for the returns. I arranged the returns for the Monday and at 10pm Tuesday night £99 was declined by my bank to them.
They are saying I've not packed the power lead and light (shown in their email as being there, picture proof they've provided. ) and that we've broken a part of the tripod. Fair enough if the tripod has been broken by the venue I'll pay for it, but I will not pay for leads and lights there are in the box claimed as missing.

** Update - Now refusing to give us our digital photos because we had the audacity to raise a complaint!!!

By far the worst company I have ever dealt with. Hired for our wedding day and the print quality of the images was atrocious. Messaged the helpline to see if this was normal and we were told that if we messaged again they would charge us. Also trying to charge us £175 because their collection failed (fault on both sides in fairness, partially our responsibility) but that is extortion. Company is clearly run by someone with ego issues. Trash is putting it politely.

The booth is good fun and easy to use once set up, delivery was amazingly fast and communication good throughout the process (i.e. reminders what you still need to complete prior to it being sent out, how to use it etc.). The only thing I found a bit complicated was the instructions on how to set it up as they stressed me out a bit prior to our event. But all in all- definitely worth it, thanks :-)
