Very professional, friendly and efficient and explained everything to us

Recently had a long-overdue hearing test at Boots in Horsham. As a result the audiologist outlined the problem and recommended that a type of hearing aid would help greatly with improving my hearing. Within a week the hearing aids had been fitted and have made a huge difference. The service provided, including aftercare, has been first class - professional, sympathetic and helpful. Many criticise the cost but I can honestly say that the overall experience and package has been well worth the cost. Many thanks.

Kalpna was extremely helpful and I was not given the hard sell. Given that the recommended hearing aids are very expensive, I wanted a few days to consider purchasing them. Having decided I would like to ask a few questions and then go ahead, I tried to make an appointment. I rang Horsham with no answer or the telephone cut off my call. I then went into the store only to be told they could not answer any questions as they are Opticians but could make an appointment for 6 weeks time! I am therefore worried about after care. Regrettably I will go elsewhere.

I went to Boots to get a second opinion and never left! They were much more thorough with a two-stage hearing test.
Very clear on the recommendation and at the fitting of the hearing aids, we went through every aspect of them and how to work them.
And the ones I have are working beautifully so far.
Very professional and friendly and I highly recommend them.

Very helpful and thorough

Seen on time. The audiologist was thorough and very informative which helped greatly in the decision to go ahead with proposed hearing aids even though they are expensive.

My appointment was with Ms Kalpna Raval and she was wonderful. Everything was explained, reasons were given and results of the hearing test shown to me and again full explanations given. There was never any 'hard sell'. Her conversations were with me - not at or to me, even though my husband was present she concentrated on me and my needs with a some input from my husband. Very refreshing change from the attitudes of many other companies. I have high expectations that my aftercare will be as good. Will recommend.

Efficient and polite

Not pleased to have my appointment postponed
in April after changing my Hospital eye test which fell on the same day
But as l was going on a weeks holiday really looking forward to being able to have better hearing
