Mubaaruck is very polite and took time to explain different options available and explained process of adjusting to having my first hearing aids very well.

Yesterday I went for my annual hearing review at Boots Middlebrook. The appointment was on time and was with Mubarak Patel as usual.
I had an extensive hearing test after which Mubarak explained the results calmly and clearly. He was then able to adjust my prescription to improve on my hearing quality.
Mubarak is friendly, informative and professional and explains the technology at every step. Also during my appointment Sophie stepped in to efficiently service the hearing aids. I thoroughly recommend Boots hearing care, Horwich.

Made two visits to Boots, the first, about 2 weeks ago, to the hearingcare assistant Sophie, the second, today (22/10), to see the audiologist, Mubarak. Very professional attitude from both; everything clearly explained, plenty of opportunity to ask questions, questions answered specifically, i.e. not with general banalities. No direct sales pressure although, of course, Boots only makes money if it sells something. An interesting, informative and enjoyable experience.

Sophie was very kind and helpful on initial hearing test and then Mubarak was extremely thorough kind and helpful as he explained the results of my test and implications for my hearing . We are extremely grateful for his kindness and support and would highly recommend the Hearing Care Team at Middlebrook Bolton . Thank you so much Sophie and Mubarak .

Appointment began on time with a warm welcome from Mubarak. The features of the hearing aids were carefully explained so that I would gain maximum benefit from them.

Thorough efficient annual hearing aid review by friendly professional staff.
Appointment was exactly on time so no waiting.
Audiologist explained everything he was doing throughout the appointment, and also explained how the next annual review would differ. Booked next appointment on day & time convenient for me.

Murbarak is fantastic at his job, making you feel comfortable and explaining everything in detail. Would highly recommend

Good friendly staff and very professional. Mubark explaining each steps in details and answered all queries with great patience and respect. Also checked that I understood.

Went to Boots hearingcare today for ear wax removal and a 2 year review of my hearing, the staff were very good at explaining the processes. The wax removal went very smoothly and the cost was similar to other providers. The retest was also very useful as I had lost a bit more hearing, the hearing aids were adjusted and I left able to hear better than I could when I arrived. The appointment service is very efficient and would recommend Boots to all my friends and family
