Mubarak Patel is a fantastic audiologist and a pleasure to deal with. He explains everything fully about what the results shows, keeps every positive, is courteous, immaculate in his presentation and a true gentleman. So far my mum, mother-in-law and their friends have visited Mubarak at Boots on our recommendation and they too have praised the service they have received. He is more than 5 stars and so are the hearing staff at Middlebrook Boots who do their best to accommodate you. My appointment was on time, and my audiologist - Mubarak Patel - was courteous, patient and very helpful. My questions were answered and my problems resolved. I have seen Mubarak several times now, and am always impressed by his professionalism.
