Shabnam Khan- Fosse Park
Shabnam has been my audiologist for several years and I couldn't be happier with the service I receive from her. I actually now travel 45 minutes to each appointment as I do not trust anyone else with my hearing. She is always friendly and happy to assist and goes above and beyond her role.
This year I lost a significant amount of hearing, Shabnam kept me reassured and calm through all my appointments. She listened to all that I was struggling with and spent a lot of time adjusting my hearing aid settings to offer me the best possible outcome.
Thanks to Shabnams help, I have re-gained my confidence speaking with others and feel a lot happier about my hearing. I know many people wouldn't had taken the same time and care she has and Boots are very lucky to have her on their service.

Friendly important appointment
It was very nice to be able to talk with a real person, in a nice small room, being made to feel at ease with one’s self. Shabnam K was very professional in her approach, and understanding of my needs, making this experience quite a friendly and pleasant time.
