The piece in my left ear is too hard. Can you give me a softer piece to push in my ear. The bone or outside cartilage in my left ear is damaged and hurting so inserting the earpiece is difficult
Went for my eye test and everything was clearly explained. Saw Lynnne who did the eye scans, Sarah was the optometrist and Jonny helped with the choosing of my glasses. All were very professional.

Cannot book an appointment even tho every year I go to Wimborne, bought hearing aids and now they expect me to travel 20 mile round trip - disgusting service do not use them

Brilliant service
The audiologist Pavi was so helpful and not at all partronising. My hearing aids are fantastic, so different from the NHS one I had several years ago, I only wish I had been sooner.
