Wonderful service from all at boots opticians especially Frances Libby Verity and Mel I had a blephasteam course and really pleased with the result and would highly recommend this treatment
The piece in my left ear is too hard. Can you give me a softer piece to push in my ear. The bone or outside cartilage in my left ear is damaged and hurting so inserting the earpiece is difficult
Went for my eye test and everything was clearly explained. Saw Lynnne who did the eye scans, Sarah was the optometrist and Jonny helped with the choosing of my glasses. All were very professional.

Excellent service
Excellent service - second visit to fit and set up resulted in great information on product. Can only comment on my audiologist. If your other staff are as good would recommend your service without hesitation.

A good decision
The son of a neighbour, an audiologist himself, advised me to go to Boots in Wimborne. He was right. My hearing test was thorough and very professional. The subsequent detailed explanation of the state of my hearing was professional and informative. I was given a thorough description of the aids available and one was tried and is now on order. Needless to say but important, the audiologist was friendly and helpful.
I would strongly recommend Boots Wimborne as the place to go to.
