Bow Wow Meow was absolutely amazing and understanding for the situation we were in with a sick 5 month old puppy. The staff were so helpful and I can highly recommend Bow Wow Meow.

I checked out the website in my name and contact details and requested a quote… Later the same day my wife and decided on the ultimate policy for our Jack Russell cross and we’re offered a 15% discount for the first 12 months… We decided to put the policy in my wife’s name and completed the details and made the first payment the same day… Later that day I received a quote in my name and was offered the first 3 months free… It is always a little disappointing that all insurance companies seem to do this offer one customer one deal and the same day offer another customer a different deal… Having said that Bow Wow Meow have a great web site and so far their policy looks like it will be a plus for our young dog, Niki

Submitting a claim at the vet hospital was stress free and simple! They have assisted with so many claims over the year for Winnie and assisted the bank account. Can recommend insurance and bow wow especially!!

Quick response and high percentage of cost incurred refunded

Been with them a number of years have never been a hassle. In the past couple of years our Dog had become increasingly unwell and the quick payment of claims has been a great help. Sadly we are near the end of our current time with BWM but will gladly use them again in the future

The process was just so easy, received the quote from the vet, emailed it to Bow Wow and 2 days later we had the approval to progress with the xrays. The process was so smooth it helped reduce the stress that we were feeling at the time. We would highly recommend Bow Wow insurance and we have recommended it to other pet owners.

Super easy no dramas at all and fast process

My 12 month old labradoodle experienced a freak accident at the beach, inhaling salt water. He was taken to the emergency vet and was there for 24-36 hours. Obviously a traumatic experience for all involved, however submitting my claim through Bow Wow Meow Pet insurance was so simple and my claim was processed so quickly. It was nice to not have to have that extra financial stress on top of recovering from the traumatic experience. Bow Wow Meow is very reliable and I could not recommend highly enough to anyone considering an insurance option for their pet.

A huge thankyou Bow Wow Meow.. we have a beautiful puppy Tobias, sadly at 5 months of age he needed a urgent operation as he gave himself a Tibial crest fracture jumping around in our backyard. We were so amazed after only joining 6 weeks earlier that our claim was processed promptly. Thankyou

My initial experience with Bowowmeow resulted in my claim being rejected as they said my dog had preexisting problem, This was Wrong and vet could support that. They then cancelled my policy making it impossible for me to register my dog elsewhere as now she had a preexisting condition. Not having learned my lesson, I then registered another dog with BowWow meow, all good so far. Then I recommended my friend to get their dog registered with Bowwowmeow and they took my advice and got full cover, only to receive a rejection of their claim. Usually when I refer a person to an insurance company they or myself receive a gift voucher, this obviously does not happen with Bow wow Meow. I found it was useless speaking to someone online as they keep to the script and keep repeating themselves.
