Worst service ever
Worst service ever! Three weeks to respond to emails, 11 weeks to verify proof of funds. This company takes zero accountability for their poor service. I would not encourage anyone to use these services and watch for estate agents that partner with them. Appalling from start to finish!

Update: They say I am not their client but the estate that I am an executor of is their client (the estate is paying their bill NOT who they say is their client) thus I am their client they just dont want to talk to me as they know they are in the wrong! Proves my point AVOID THIS place like the plague.

SHOCKING people work in this so called solicitors. Sue Jull, is the worst solicitor I’ve ever dealt with. I’m a named executor of the will, however have NEVER, NEVER been contacted by this firm to advise of this. Just rubbish stories about the other executor being their client! I don’t think so you work for the estate of the will (who will pay you for your shoddy work) not them. Will be seeking legal advise on your poor and below standard work.
AVOID THIS FIRM AT ALL COST!

Boys&Maughan Margate - avoid!
We used the Margate office for the purchase of our house in 2015, and were extremely disappointed with the standard of service received.
Now we are selling our home, and were dismayed to find out that our buyers have instructed the same office.
We are now a month into the process, and no-one in the Margate office has even bothered to acknowledge contact from our solicitor let alone do any work.
Please - avoid them at all costs!

Absolutely unacceptable service
Absolutely unacceptable service, I was on the receiving end as I was selling my property and my buyer was using you, totally unprofessional, unorganised outfit and should be ashamed
Best thing you did was getting rid of Peter Styles
Your company has wasted my time and money and I’ll be seeking an apology via my solicitor!
