Great staff in store
Although the website is easy to use, collecting the order from the shop provides an opportunity to discuss the use of certain media and advice. It’s also great to be able to see the art supplies in person to check everything is what I wanted and spot other things I missed.

One paint missing a lid
Order shipped out quickly. Only dropped a star as one of the paints had a lid missing/snapped off. Although the foil was over the opening, I’m concerned that the paint inside the tube may dry out without a lid. I contacted Bradbury Art to let them know, and asked if it was possible to send out a replacement lid. Nobody has bothered to get back to me….and yes I have checked my junk folder
