I talked to Buffy and she was brilliant. All aspects of the purchase and delivery was excellent but best of all was the professionalism of Buffy.

Competitive price and prompt service, my bath arrived in good condition and I was kept up to date as to delivery date etc.

Easy website to use, brilliant price and quality, and excellent delivery service and communication from Bradford Bathroom Company.

Good customer service. Kept updated via email on despatch and delivery. No problems very professional and very competitive in price, happy with purchase great quality.

Our recent purchase was dealt with quickly and efficiently and when a part got damaged in transit the response was dealt with by Joanna in sales in a very quick manner and no fuss. All together an excellent company to deal with. Top marks from us.

Excellent product at a great price and shipped within the time specified .
Had a query just after ordering, and after leaving a message on the help line a very helpful member of staff contacted me within 15 minutes with the answer.

Excellent service, great products and delivered on time

No problems with order, thank you.

Easy delivery and a fantastic price. What's not to like? Wouldn't hesitate to use again. Thank you so much

Received a hopeless swan neck tap by Roper Rhodes which just glugged water even though it was advertised as the opposite, no info on description saying this could happen but retailer saying this is normal, like anyone would want a tap costing £120 that performs in this way. Going round in circles with BB and RR and not getting anywhere for weeks. No ‘customer service’ at all and RR manufacturer’s guarantee clearly worth nothing. Could’ve spent £50 and had less bother and a better tap. BB not bothered and not willing to take any accountability as the retailer. I would suggest avoiding both companies unfortunately

The toilet seat description wasn’t 100% correct and the customer service Roper Rhodes was absolutely helpless and blaming the pan.
Bradford Bathroom were good and even checked what’s going on.

I was very impressed with Bradford Bathroom Company. First, great care was taken with the packaging and delivery of the Francis Peglar taps I ordered. Second, I was delighted with the quality of the taps themselves. Beautifully made and even wrapped in their individual cloth bags. The pricing is very competitive and their technical support person was very helpful when I had a query about an aspect of fitting. From my experience I can definitely recommend this company and will not hesitate in using them again in future.

very helpful young man who arranged over night delivery of Kartell Traditional Kitchen Sink Mixer Tap Chrome.
tap is nice quality and easy to fit.

Had what I wanted at a good price, also checked the product was right before I ordered, delivered as stated.
