Fantastic customer service team! I had a slight issue with my order and they sorted it out straight away. It was easy to place my order, dispatched was super quick, communication brilliant. I have no hesitation in recommending Bradford Bathrooms and look forward to ordering from them again in the future.

Great service. Great product. Arrived nicely packed.

I placed my order on a Saturday evening and I received an acknowledgment immediately. On the Monday I received an email with the estimated delivery date.
The tap was on sale at the time so it was also great value for money.

Good to talk to to someone and respond in a timely manner.. goods arrived when they said

Great customer service, very knowledgeable, have helped and given advice on a number of orders.
Will know where to come for my second bathroom renovation.

I had no problem phoning and getting straight through to customer services who were very friendly and quick to react. My problem was dealt with very efficiently, with no fuss and to my complete satisfaction. I would thoroughly recommend this company for its personal and very good service and for its value for money.

Quick and efficient. There was a complication on my order - I could pick up the phone and talk to someone easily. All resolved straight away. Joanna couldn’t have been more helpful. Good quality sink delivered on time and at a fair price. Very grateful.

Great experience, enquiry dealt with quickly. Product was brilliant.

I had bought a sink from another company who let me down after a 17 week wait. I called Bradford Bathroom who sold me the same sink (for less money) and delivered within a week. Absolutely fantastic customer service and cannot recommend more highly.

I phoned to place an order with express shipping. The person I spoke to on the phone was very helpful (especially when I realised I had forgotten an item and had to call back to amend the order) and everything arrived on time as expected. Received a curtesy call to check that everything had arrived which was appreciated. Prices were also very good for the items I ordered.

The website was easy to use.
The taps arrived in 2 days. The delivery company contacted me with my 1 hour delivery slot. The product was great quality.
