I did not receive my parcel
I did not receive my parcel. when I track the delivery, it shows it has been delivered at an address in Lynnwood which is not my delivery address on my order. Kindly send my stock ASAP.

Great Service
We received our order last Thursday. There were a few minor duds where it seems the printer didn’t fully complete the printing, but nothing major. 99% of the order was perfectly fine and everyone received their gifts.

This was my first large order placed with Brandability,
and i can not stress enough what a pleasant experience it was for me. From the start i had a very difficult and rushed customer to satisfy, and even though there was a stock problem, Melinda Booth and her team stepped up and accommodate every request i had. Promptly replying on my emails with exact information i needed.
I have been in the supplying business for 26years, and never did i look forward to receive an order from my customers just so i can hand it to my supplier. But this is my feeling with Brandability and the team.
