My experience with transport rep was horrible. However, I got the chance to speak to Michelle and I’m so happy you have her as part of your team. She went out her way to make sure I got my delivery on an earlier date, and a day that works with my schedule. She was kind and very understanding.

Walked into Brandsmart and Lennie came up to me to ask what I was there for. I was looking for a new TV. He took me to that dept and immediately recommended one. I told him the size I wanted 55”. He recommended a certain brand and was courteous and so accommodating. Wish more sales people were like him. Phyllis Sureff

I was very please and received excellent customer service from Mr. Denis Zelaya he was very prompt in putting in my order for the furniture I purchase. As well as Mr. Samuel Stewart - he was very patient with me I actually came back twice to the store because of the measurements and he was still waiting for me with a smile and excellent service offer to me. Great Experience with this two gentleman.

I had to ask for my questions too many times

We had an excellent experience ordering our Kitchen Aid Counter Depth Refrigerator online. Our sales rep Keeyon Barr was very knowledgeable & helpful. He knew the answers to our questions. To be honest, I will call & shop with a sales rep from now on…😊

I purchased a washer and dryer and the service for order was amazing. The delivery of these items have been a nightmare and now I have to wait longer than expected due to the delivery team damaging an item. The service via chat has always been helpful. If you're buying anything from Brandsmart, do not use their delivery team. I have been rescheduled three times

I had the pleasure of speaking with Lisa Horowitz on 5/12/2026 regarding a situation I was experiencing at the Brandsmart store in Sawgrass (Sunrise, FL). Lisa kindly provided me with additional information, and I was able to resolve my problem after speaking with 3 alleged supervisors who offered no help or compromise. This review is strictly based on the assistance I received from Lisa, who was professional and knowledgeable.

Lisa Horowitz was an amazing person to help me with, who sent me a package, that I was surprised that I got the package. Lisa was asking me all of information on the box, and she went through every level until she got me the name of the person that sent me the box. I really appreciated Lisa for all of her help to each level of who was the sender. Thank you, Lisa Horowitz.

I’ve had to reach out on multiple occasions just to get an update on 1 appliance. I’ve emailed, messaged, called, and even went into a store, and no one was able to tell me anything until today. This has deterred me from ever placing another order online. I will only order in store in the future.
