It arrived promptly. Thick, decent paint. Colour nothing like the Swatch
It arrived promptly.
Very disappointed in the colour paint that was mixed,Dulux had this paint in room settings and it was a definite grey, but in reality what I received is incredibly pale, more off white with lilac tones. It's as though it needed another squirt of black (or whatever goes into the mixing)to give it some body. I know your lighting etc can make colours appear different and grey can appear to have lilac tones but this is so far away from the colour Swatch, if I hadn't spent almost £90 on it I would have bought a different colour and ditched this but with the cost of the decorator as well I have to live with it.
Always get testers (I'm housebound so it's not feasible for me and the decorator had limited free time, I couldn't have got them posted out to me in time)
I don't think I've ever bought paint that differed so much from the colour Swatch.
It's decent thick paint two coats covered the walls well, it's just a shame that the colour is nothing like I was expecting and my sitting room now resembles a fading bruise.

What a Rip Off
I just popped into the Plympton branch to get 1 litre of Bradite One Can and paid £35.65. What a rip off.
Two days ago I bought exactly the same tin of paint from Dulux shop in Newton Abbot for £26.50.
I told them but they couldn’t be less interested.
So go to Dulux👍🏼
