I ordered a 3Ltr tin of Osmo UV Protection Oil online at 18.40 on 23/09/26, at at very competitive price.
Order confirmation received instantly with an estimated delivery 24/09/2026.
I then received an e-mail from FedEx at 20.15 confirming the Shipment was on its way. This was then followed by another e-mail at 07.52 on 24/09 showing order was out for delivery, it was delivered by 11.30am, albeit next door ! I contacted Brewers help centre to get a P.O.D, a ticket was raised and it was resolved almost immediately. Thanks to Luke A in the help centre. Really impressed with this company from start to finish.

Customer Service was top notch
Customer Service was top notch!
Despite not knowing the details for a paint mix, the team worked with me to work it out and after a couple of visits, some emails and the rescuing of an old paint tin at my site we got there! Nothing was too much trouble, the team wanted to help find the solution. Thanks to them for their kindness and patience!

Rang up for some sacks of filler to be delivered to stoke branch as i was asked to do, even an email with my address phone number and the companies address so to facilitate delivery. They messed me around as to the point i was ringing one office up only to be told it was the other offices responsibility to arrange delivery and payment 4 time only to messed around, they were not interested as it appeared to be to much bother for them. Absolutely useless people to deal with...
