I bought an insulated mash tun 6 months ago and because it's not built for purpose it has cost me wasting time and money. The mash tun is falsely advertised as brewpucks that has a solid filter at the bottom. Instead they actually sold me an overpriced picnic cooler modified with low DIY skills that is leaking and the filter comes off when mashing. Gave them every opportunity to make it right as I called and send them severals emails but they never bothered to reply. Will not be using you again.

It’s my first time using Brewuk and I had excellent service with my order being delivered to my door within 10 days of placing the order. I know it must be challenging for many online businesses during Covid but in my opinion Brewuk were first class. I know how frustrating the situation can be as I was badly let down by another small supplier the week before. I hope to use you again. Cheers!

Taking people’s money but not sending out orders or giving refunds.

Many thanks to the team at Brew who kept my home brew operation running during the Covid pandemic.
Delivery was a little late but they kept me up to date with progress and it arrived all the same.
I wasn't exactly going anywhere.

I’m generally very patient and understanding but I waited for over 7 weeks to receive my pretty simple order, with no contact from brew uk. However, when the order arrived 25kg of malt was missing (an absolutely key item!!). I’ve been chasing this item for another whole month until i finally had a reply and a new item was shipped. I initially gave sympathy due to the global situation but after dealing with multiple other good companies who, while under the same pressures still manage to deliver goods in a reasonable amount of time, and if not deliver than the customer service is exemplary. Both of these points most definitely cannot be said for brew uk.

Terrible communication and customer service. I understand Covid 19 is disrupting everything and there are delays with processing and shipping. I feel I have been very patient but they have reopened the website and some customers have recent orders turned around within a few days but I'm still waiting (approx 6 weeks) for my order to be processed. I would not mind if there was regular updates/posts or email communication but there is not. Phone line rings out and they are not responding to my emails. Happy to make money, stay open and take payment but fail to deliver the minimum at their end.

Absolutely first class service, ordered 2 wine kits on the 19th May, received on 21st May. Can't get better than that.

Great service. I've been with brewuk many years and always had good service deliveries 2-3 weeks ago were delayed but that was to be expected. My delivery this week arrived in 3 days.
Prices cheaper than my local shop and delivered to the door what more could you want.

Sorry to complain with a 1 star review since I know they are a small company, but the same experience as others here. 1 and half months since my order was placed, told multiple times that it's going to be delivered in a couple of days, but it never turns up.

I have now requested a refund via email and phone, however, not convinced this is going to turn up without me having to chase!

I am perplexed that they are taking new orders and confirming delivery times for them when my order placed on 13th April is still at the stage of "processing". You can even order the products I ordered and they show as "In stock". For the last 2-3 weeks I have made multiple attempts to contact them to ask what is happening with my order and have no reply beyond "Your request (49771) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff. We will respond to your email as soon as possible.".... and it appears not to be possible yet. Nor delivering what I've paid for, apparently. I suggest you avoid this company!

Being new to home brewing I emailed BrewUK for some advice and Greg duly replied with some good advice and gave me the heads-up on the unprecedented demand and when they hoped to have online ordering back up and running. As indicated the site came live and I placed my order which arrived today, that's just two days. Excellent service and I appreciate you taking the time to share your knowledge.

Fantastic, Just placed an order with the Brew UK site which has just opened back up after a sort shut down to catch up, and they have just emailed me back saying that my order is on it's way.

How fast is that the Brew Crew are up and running better than ever Thank you very much.

Brewuk have been working incredibly hard over the lock down period. I don't mind that my recent order took a bit longer to arrive. At all times they did their best to keep customers informed. I have been a customer of their's for several years. I love their wine and beer kits and I will continue to order from them for years to come.

Lockdown meant these guys were not as fast as usual. But I understand that being a business owner myself!

And... it all turned up nice and accounted for and I’m drinking 30 pints of my own yummy beer as a direct result.

So alls we’ll that ends well!

Despite these difficult and challenging times the Brewuk team provided regular email updates reassuring me on the status of my order. Their professionalism is why I continue to order all of my brewing supplies from them.
Without Brewuk I couldn't continue the hobby I Iove.

Brew UK are my go to brewing supplier. Recently their service has been slower than usual due to the lockdown situ and everyone seemingly having taken up homebrewing!! I think some of their reviews are unfair - yes I had to wait a bit longer but other suppliers shut down completely. At least I knew my order was received and would be processed when it came to my turn. Thanks Brew UK. Ignore all those impatient inconsiderate individuals with no empathy for others. They'll probably be new brewers who will brew something crap and blame that on you too.

Thank god for brewuk! Covid shut all my favourite Home brew sites! I couldn’t get through to my main supplier for 3 weeks ! And other sites just crashed !

These guy took a while but saved me from a thirsty lock down!

Good to know someone was still out there supporting brewing!

No communication from this company, emails bouncing back and phone number just rings and rings. My order has been processing for 5 weeks (despite the website telling people they have fulfilled recent orders) but my order is still processing and no sign of refund despite my request.
