I liked the way that the I was allowed to look round the car with the car open at my leisure and not have someone hover over me and when I had made my decision it was easy to discuss my purchase. I had a small issue where the number plates put on the car were not conformed to legal standard but they were easily replaced when I made the garage aware of the issue and also the charging cable appeared faulty and that was easily replaced

I have waited a few weeks to give an honest review of my experience with buying a car from here. And the process could not have been more smooth which is not my usual experience. Darren was more than willing to share all information about the car and ins and out of anything I hand to ask. The car its self was immaculate and anything I did pick up on which was minor they sorted before I picked it up. And the car has been a dream so far down the line, hoping it stays this way. I would recommend this branch! And working with Darren to anyone looking for a new car. I appreciate all the help I received and what felt like no bullshit salesman speeches or sales tactics.

Bought a used vehicle for my daughter. Fair price and efficient service. Vehicle developed an issue but was inspected and booked in for repair without issue. No complaints at all.

I visited the Irvine branch and was assisted by Stewart Orr . He was very friendly and walked with me round the various cars for sale. Once I had told Stewart which car I wanted, he helped me complete the various documents required.

Sales man was great but my own fault I did not check car before purchase a few scrapes on car one deep and scratch on passenger side windscreen when I went to pick car up I only got one key and only 20 mile on diesel also they need to look at the people who done the washing and valet car was covered in sand window rubber filthy looked
Like they used a filthy cloth to run over inside also windows streaked so not too happy also car was advertised at a tourer this is not a tourer does not have satnav or nothing my last Astra was a tourer and had all that this new one doesn’t have anything. Anyway hopefully they can locate my other spare key !!!
