I'd been suffering for years with a condition that's caused my teeth to literally crumble away, without decay, and the embarrassment of smiling made me feel like "a homeless person". I was actually happy to wear Covid masks to keep my mouth from showing! My dentist wanted over $15,000 to fit me with full dentures and I just couldn't afford that and wasn't ready for such a drastic step. I received my veneers and as soon as I took them out of the case they come in, I knew immediately I was ripped off! They are HUGE! They are so thick, which in their videos they make them appear to be very thin. I cannot shut my mouth fully, nor can I speak correctly at all! I am a Covid-19 ICU nurse and all I wanted was a pretty smile. I really trusted this company with the near $600 I had to have down. Absolutely heart wrenching:

Total Nightmare , is quite frankly an understatement . Literally from day one this company has done nothing but lie cheat and steal. Please read the other reviews and check the bbb rating. Their are many other companies providing honest and quality services to choose from.

Ok this is strictly an honest review. I am not reviewing the veneers. I am reviewing the customer service i personally received from the start of this journey with Brighter Image. First off, it took too long to reveive my impression kits. The customer service team misspelled my address. I repeated multiple times but of course they sent it to a different city. Then it was returned back to them and guess what. They never bothered to email or call me to inform me of this! Then the supervisor send it again. Building number was wrong. Finally received thr kit...sent thr impressions back immediately. And received email that the impressions were recieved. And how much the total was! 200 dollars more than what was in my account summary with my promo code. Called them and emailed them to adjust the price. And guess what guys. They said No! So i am out 200 dollars. Not a good start. If you are pressed for cash dont believe what you are offered. They will not honor it. Totally disgusted!

Customer service like no other. My entire life I’ve always gotten compliments on my smile. I’ve never had an issue with my teeth. I always stay on top of my dental visits.
3 1/2 years ago my world was turned upside down. My mom was in a bad accident. I gave up everything in my life to take care of my mom. Including my health. Needless to say lack of dental care taking a toll on me. I’ve always said God has a reason why they put people in your path. To this day I don’t know how are YouTube video From Brighter Imaging Labs came up. Needless to say they had a way to bring my smile back. I will forever be grateful.
